  • The Luepke's

"My wife & I, have been renting this condo for the last 5 years. It is our home away from home. It is very spacious and comfortable. Our children and their spouses, also a few friends, come to visit a week to ten days with us, and there is bedroom and bathroom availability for everyone. Living in this condo is high enough for a great view of the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy beaches, and also to look over neighboring condos to watch the beautiful sunsets. When there a slight problem or question, we e-mail or call the owners and they get right on the problem with the excellent Palacio condo caretakers and problems are solved quickly. Hopefully if life permits us, we will continue renting this condo, if the availability is possible."

  • Perfect!!!!!

"This condo and location was perfect. Very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Very convenient to go to the pool as well as the beach. We never had to wait for an elevator. Carts was available on arrival and departure for all of our luggage. Our boys loved how convenient it was to fish in The Old River off the docks, directly across the street. The floor to ceiling windows allowed for a perfect view of the ocean and beach. If you enjoy a very friendly atmosphere with a interesting history do take the time to visit the Flora bama. The world famous honkey tonk is located 9/10ths of a mile from this property. A perfect stroll down the beach. The beaches were clean, family friendly, and peaceful. The beach area was not over crowded, it was enjoyable with room for the kids to play without bothering other beach goers. The description of this property is accurate. The condo is even more beautiful than the pictures. The property is well maintained and beautiful. The management/owner was helpful in answering all of my questions (and I had several) regarding the property and the surrounding areas. They was easy to work with and answered emails quickly. I would recommend this property and will absolutely revisit. Thank You for making our family vacation one of our best."
