  • Great Place for All

"We just returned from an awesome vacation at the Beach Colony. This condo was great for everyone, including 2 children, grandparents and great grandparents. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Dryer needs fixing (horrible noise), but we dealt with it. Oyster Bar Restaurant just down the street was amazing! We would recommend it for any family."

  • Great spot to relax!

"What a great spot to relax! The villa is just as described in the listing, and the photos are accurate. The loft is super cute and was a great spot for our daughters. The loft has a super view! We also enjoyed the view from the living area and the deck/porch area! The tables on the porch were a great spot to enjoy some meals while taking in the view. All of us enjoyed viewing dolphins from both the loft and the deck. The kitchen is well stocked, and we had everything we needed to cook our meals. We made use of the grill one night. It is in good shape and easy to use. When we weren't cooking, we enjoyed some of the nearby restaurants such as Lillian's Pizza, Doc's Seafood, Sassy Bass Amazin' Grill, and Matt' Ice Cream. Most of our time was spent enjoying the beach! It is a very short walk to the beach, which was so nice! There wasn't the hassle of waiting on an elevator as there always is when staying at the high-rise condos. We appreciated being able to walk out our door, down the steps, over the boardwalk, and then letting our feet sink into the sand. We also enjoyed all the beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. It was nice to not have to bring our own or purchase those items when we arrived. We made a drive out to Fort Morgan and enjoyed an amazing sunset. It was more than worth it! Overall, the villa was the perfect spot for relaxing and making memories with our family. Thank you Colby for being available if we needed anything and so easy to communicate with! We will recommend your villa to others and look forward to returning!"

  • Great Condo

"We just got back after spending Independence Day in Perdido Key. This condo is beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. On July 4th, the staff grilled hot dogs for the guests and we were also treated to chips and drinks. What a nice touch! There were a few small issues. When we arrived, the microwave was broken (a work order had been issued prior to our arrival), so we had to deal with being without while waiting for the part to arrive. The sliding door handle came off in my hand, but maintenance was very quick to bring a new one. Also, our rental agreement went through Wyndham Resorts. When we checked in, we were given only one gate code for the beach (there are two gates to the beach with different codes), and we were also told that we did not need a parking pass for the parking lot. We parked all week with no problems, but on Friday night, a slip of paper was placed on our windshield informing us that we needed a parking pass. We brought that to the attention of Wyndham Resorts, who was surprised that guests needed passes. This unit was so well-equipped with almost any kitchen item a family would need, including a blender and a crock pot. We'd love to see a few more kitchen towels (there were only two), and a dishrag would be nice, along with a dish scrubber. There were plenty of dishes and glassware, though, and plenty of seating. In all, we had four families traveling with us (in other condos), and there was seating for all of us for dinner between the table, bar, and outdoor table. We wish we'd had access to the storage unit, but we ended up just leaving our stuff on the beach at night, and no one bothered it. There is plenty of parking, even during a holiday week. Some of our family members stayed at the Windmere one mile down the road. There was so little parking available there that most nights, they had to park across the street. We loved Sandy Key, and this unit in particular, and hope to return again!"

  • Windemere

"We really enjoy staying at the Windemere. The condo is really nice and the room is one floor right above the pool. We can watch the grandkids play while sitting on the balcony!!"
