"This was my first visit to Perdido Key, and we could not have asked for a better condo! It was so large and comfortable...and had everything we could possible need! We chose it from the photos, and were not disappointed! The decor is absolutely beautiful, and the beds were so comfy. The unit was clean and up to date...we especially like our "private" elevator opening to our own foyer. The views were to die for....I loved the floor to ceiling windows and being on flr 16 made it all the more spectacular! The description of the unit on VRBO were right on, although it is more lovely than the pictures show! Everything was perfect!! And LCV was so helpful and prompt in their responses to us...they made planning our trip a great experience. We loved the restaurants in the area...especially Cafe Grazie and Louisiana Lagniappe...and if you miss eating at Fisherman's Corner, you will be sorry! I never liked bread pudding until this week!!! All in all, a fabulous trip!!"Guest: User Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 28, 2014View listing
"We loved the condo. I liked the planters on the balcony because I didn't have to worry about my 9 month old or 3 yr old dropping anything through a railing! The 3D TV was a nice touch! The pools and landscaping are awesome. The beach is close and NOT crowded like other places! The condo was clean and the appliances were top notch. The kitchen had a very generous selection of untensils, pots, pans, etc. They even had tupperware for leftovers! The washer and dryer are awesome and big, we returned home with NO dirty laundry!"Guest: JENNIFER M. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 14, 2014View listing
"Another week on the beautiful beaches of Perdido Key. Joni ' s condo was extremely nice with breathtaking views of glistening seas and daily dolphin performances. We are already counting our days for our return. Thank you Joni for your kind hospitality and opening your lovely condo to us."Guest: Jeff and Pam Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 20, 2014View listing
"Our trip was GREAT! The condo met all of our expectations and the owner was very easy to work with. I grew up in south central Alabama and vacationed on the Gulf Coast for years. Since graduating from Auburn, my husband and I have been vacationing on the South Carolina coast for 40+ years, but the beaches just do not compare to the Gulf Coast. Beautiful beaches + Great accommodations + Wonderful food = a very pleasant & enjoyable trip and a return trip to the Penthouse again soon."Guest: War Eagle!
