  • Family Trip!

"Our trip was GREAT! The condo met all of our expectations and the owner was very easy to work with. I grew up in south central Alabama and vacationed on the Gulf Coast for years. Since graduating from Auburn, my husband and I have been vacationing on the South Carolina coast for 40+ years, but the beaches just do not compare to the Gulf Coast. Beautiful beaches + Great accommodations + Wonderful food = a very pleasant & enjoyable trip and a return trip to the Penthouse again soon."

  • Exactly what we expected and needed!

"We had an enjoyable short stay in this condo. The pictures are exactly what you see, except that it's way more beautiful in person than in the pictures! The condo was clean and well furnished. We loved the covered deck. The buildings and public areas are well maintained and clean too. Loved it!"

  • Great Location!

"My husband and I stayed at this property all of Feb. & two weeks in March, 2015. This was a good location, unit, and property. The property has a beautiful inside pool, good fitness facilities, and a sauna. It also has a hot tub. However, for most of our stay the hot tub was not really functional. The heater did not work in the cold, and the jets made the water too cold to be comfortable. After being here a couple of weeks, the management did put a solar cover on it, and that helped. Hence, the four star rating. The location is great. You can walk to Flora Bama, the Yacht Club, Happy Harbor, etc. The unit is spacious and nicely decorated. I would definitely recommend this property for couples/families alike. One definite plus for this unit is the rental company we went through, Luxury Coastal Vacations. They were so accommodating and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions. We have already signed up for next year."
