"Coming to Perdido Key for the Kenny Chesney concert we knew we needed a beach front condo, Windemere offered this and more. 12th floor views were breathtaking. This condo had all the comforts of home (except a hair dryer :) ). The 2 king beds and 3 baths really made the stay easy. We woke to the sounds of the sea. Enjoyed coffee and drinks on the deck and fell in love with the easy way of life on the Emerald Coast. The silky sand, gentle tides and warm ocean waters made for long and wonderful days spent on the beach. The condo has a bin where others put their beach floats and toys, we didn't need to bring anything, we just borrowed and returned. Though we kept hoping the clock would stop, everything was and continued to be in perfect working order. Can't wait for next years concert or any new reason to come back."Guest: stephanie p. "This 2 story condo is absolutely amazing! The kitchen is beautifully done with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with plenty of pots & pans, dishes, utensils, and even a Keurig for our morning coffee or tea. The mainfloor bedroom is roomy and nice. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful balcony off the large master bedroom. It was like an oasis itself. The masterbath was larger than most with a fabulous tub, shower, and walk in closet. There was plenty of sleeping space in the third bedroom with the bunkbeds and trundle. This condo offers two full balconies with the most amazing views of the ocean. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim by from the balconies every day! Having two floors in this condo allowed our family of 8 to have plenty of space and privacy when needed. Most of all, the owners were absolutely amazing to work with and truly added to the beautiful experience we had! Our trip was a celebration of my mom's last cancer treatment, and these wonderful owners did everything possible to make sure our family had the most amazing celebration! They went above and beyond to help us make this a special trip, as they even sent us recommendations to local restaurants for our celebration! We highly recommend this condo (& owners) to anyone looking to stay in Perdido Key. Our family will certainly be coming back to stay in this beautiful 2 story condo again soon!"Guest: Soper Family Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: October 7, 2014View listing
"My wife and I stayed at this unit for 2 weeks in February and we absolutely loved it! Our friends stay at a different building and they also were impressed with how nice this condo is. Ms. Rose and Ms. Hope at the front desk were such nice people and very helpful. I would definitely recommend this rental to my friends and we hope to return there again. We loved the "fishermans corner" restaurant, their gumbo is the best in the area and their bread pudding is the best in the world. We also liked the seniors menu at Desoto's, and everything at Doc's. If you want the best burger in the area, go to the American Legion in Foley. Also, the blackened Mahi at "Triggers" is fantastic. This condo is first class!"Guest: Mose Date of Stay: February 2014 Review Submitted: February 24, 2014View listing
"I just returned from my week in Perdido Key, Florida and I have to say it was one of the best weeks of my life. The unit was exactly as advertised and everything we needed for a wonderful week. We shopped nearby (20 minutes to the best fish market in the world ) and were able to cook all of our meals easily in the well-stocked kitchen. The sound of the ocean lulled me to sleep each night. The owner checked on us shortly after arrival to make sure all was as expected. He indicated he had installed a new refrigerator and wanted to make sure it was working properly. A visit here especially in the off-season is recommended. I will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet oasis."Guest: Theresa K.
