  • Family Christmas

"Fantastic home with everything you could possibly need for families. It had a well equipped kitchen and tons of toys for the beach. We had 7 adults and 3 children under 3 and there was plenty of room for everyone. The owners were extremely gracious and even decorated a Christmas tree for our grandchildren. It was an above and beyond touch and was a huge hit for the kids. I would highly recommend this rental for any families looking to spend some time together. It is very clean, comfy and quiet. Too many extras and nice touches to even mention!! The owners take great care to ensure your stay is perfect. The beach is beautiful!! Views are great too! Love this place and will be return!"

  • Love staying in this condo!!

"Just finished another week at this unit. This was the fourth time I've rented this unit and the fifth time at the Palacio. We normally book for a family vacation, but my wife has also used it for a girls get away. The unit is just as amazing as the pictures. This trip found the beach more crowded than ever, but it was still nothing like most popular beach spots in Florida and the crowd is almost exclusively families. This area is convenient to anything you want to do, without the traffic jams and commercialism. Kate is very responsive and quick to return deposits. We cart a group of anywhere from 6 to 10 with us and the unanimous opinion is, WE LOVE THIS CONDO!! We will return!"
