  • Great complex with a GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! View.

"We really enjoyed Perdido Key, the condo was great, very large & set up well. Very pleased with the owner, very pleasant to work with. The only thing that I had a hard time with was leaving a cleaning deposit. When we started to go to bed, we realized that the beds were not clean. We striped all 3 beds & washed the sheets & the blanket in the closet, because the master comforter was to large to wash, it had stains of something on it, not comfortable with using it. Also hair in the master bathroom sink. I took upon my self to clean the bathrooms when we 1st got there, but with all this said, I know that this can be fixed & will not hesitate to stay at the condo again if they will allow. It's a beautiful place!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!."

  • Perfect location for a family with a love of the beach and fishing!

"This condo is steps away from the beach and from Old River! My son loves to fish and I love the beach - this was a perfect place for us to stay. All the amenities were clean and we maintained. We enjoyed watching the sunrise on the beach in the morning and the sunset on the docks in the evening. The grills & tables are located beside the indoor pool which was beneficial for watching the kids swim while enjoying a evening cocktail & grilling dinner. The walls of the indoor pool are made of sliding glass doors that open to the patio with the grills, tables, and a great view of the river. There is a marina about 2 miles down the road which charter fishing trips and has a nice restaurant/grill. We rented a pontoon boat from a local we found on Craig's List and we enjoyed a day exploring all the islands on Old River (there is a beautiful island right by the bridge to Orange Beach.) We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"

  • Wheeler Family

"The stay was exactly what I had hoped for. This unit is okay for a couple, but not large enough for 4 people. Some things, such as the table on patio needs to be replaced/repaired and the tub with fill up with water while sharing. Otherwise, the unit was nice. I do have one complaint however, the Hot Tub should have an age limit such as 12. The smaller kids were using it as a kiddy pool and it was hard for adults to get in an really enjoy what it is meant for."
