  • Very Nice Condo! Great Location

"This condo is great if you plan to bring your boat. There is a nice dock and several boat ramps located nearby. There is no trailer storage at the condo, but there are many storage places in the area. The condo itself was very clean and everything was in good shape. Very spacious and nicely decorated. We visited in September and the building was extremely quiet. My family enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back. The owner of this condo was very easy to work with and honest. Thanks again for a great vacation!"

  • Great condo

"The condo was perfect for our spring break trip. Chuck was very helpful and accommodating . Our bed was very comfortable and it was so nice sleeping with the door to our balcony open and hearing waves all night! Our large bathroom was nice with both the shower and the jacuzzi tub. The condo had everything we needed including chairs that we took on our day trip to very scenic Fort Pickens. We will definitely come again."

  • Condo with a View and a whole lot more...

"Coming to Perdido Key for the Kenny Chesney concert we knew we needed a beach front condo, Windemere offered this and more. 12th floor views were breathtaking. This condo had all the comforts of home (except a hair dryer :) ). The 2 king beds and 3 baths really made the stay easy. We woke to the sounds of the sea. Enjoyed coffee and drinks on the deck and fell in love with the easy way of life on the Emerald Coast. The silky sand, gentle tides and warm ocean waters made for long and wonderful days spent on the beach. The condo has a bin where others put their beach floats and toys, we didn't need to bring anything, we just borrowed and returned. Though we kept hoping the clock would stop, everything was and continued to be in perfect working order. Can't wait for next years concert or any new reason to come back."

  • FamilyVacation

"We had a wonderful week at Perdido Sun! We have a large family and had two 3 bedrooms/3 baths rented. The 3 bedroom condos are very spacious and the balconies are hugh!!! There was 18 of us total in both units and we all had plenty of room! The grandkids loved the 2 pools (especially the inside heated pool)!! The beach access is great and the facility is nice!! We highly recommend and will rent again!"
