  • Great Place for All

"We just returned from an awesome vacation at the Beach Colony. This condo was great for everyone, including 2 children, grandparents and great grandparents. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Dryer needs fixing (horrible noise), but we dealt with it. Oyster Bar Restaurant just down the street was amazing! We would recommend it for any family."

  • Perdido Key Relaxation

"This place was awesome. It was very roomy and Kristin had it stocked with cleaning supplies, cooking spices and everything you would need to do your laundry. The master bedroom was my favorite . We kept the door open all night and enjoyed the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. The guest bedroom was also really nice. Where else would you have a king size bed even in the 2nd bedroom. It was also nice to find a beachfront property that was dog friendly. They even had a few baby gates if you needed. I used one to close off the balcony so I would not have to worry about my dog . There are not a lot of places to actually walk your dogs though. The hwy is busy with no sidewalks available and they had many sand spurs that seemed to get caught up in my dog's paws. We found a small dog park on the bay side and there were 2 dog beaches on Pensacola beach that were fun to visit. I would highly recommend this place. It felt like a home more than a rental. This beachfront property was even better than the pics. : )"

  • Very nice place

"Have been visiting Perdido Sun condos since 1991. This unit is very good. Nicely furnished and very comfortable bed. I did have a guest visit for 3 nights while there.. He did not like the pull out bed in the living room. Said the springs in the matress bothered him. So he just slept on the couch."

  • No better place on the Gulf

"This was no doubt one of the best places that I have stayed in in 25 years. Mackie and Kathy and I'm sure some previous renter left all the small things for anyone to use. I.E spices, paper products, cleaning supplies. We followed suit and did the same. The condo was located on the 1st floor which was also great, the storage area, again was another great amenity. Nothing else could have been asked for. The owners were great to deal with, everything was too easy!! thanks for the great time. I will be back"
