  • The Luepke's

"My wife & I, have been renting this condo for the last 5 years. It is our home away from home. It is very spacious and comfortable. Our children and their spouses, also a few friends, come to visit a week to ten days with us, and there is bedroom and bathroom availability for everyone. Living in this condo is high enough for a great view of the Gulf of Mexico, white sandy beaches, and also to look over neighboring condos to watch the beautiful sunsets. When there a slight problem or question, we e-mail or call the owners and they get right on the problem with the excellent Palacio condo caretakers and problems are solved quickly. Hopefully if life permits us, we will continue renting this condo, if the availability is possible."

  • Kids first time to beach

"We stayed at this condo with 9 people and had plenty of space. The beds where very comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked. The condo was very clean. The view from the balcony was perfect. You are so close to the beach with a short elevator ride or walk down the stairs. The pool was clean and warm, and not busy at all. The kids made some friends and so did the adults. The beach was very nice and the chair service was a plus. The owners are very easy to work with and would respond to any of our questions very quickly. The location was convienant to resurants ( we recommend the Jellyfish directly across the street), and to the grocery store. We would recomend this condo to anyone, and we can not wait to come back."

  • Absolutely the best vacation ever!

"Wow! Where to begin!? Upon arrival, we were amazed at how large this beautiful condo is. The luggage carts were really helpful in bringing in our gear! We absolutely loved having breakfast on the deck overlooking the ocean. We had everything we needed from dishes, cookware, extra ice maker, and the condo was spotless! We were so blessed to find such an awesome property! The storage locker was awesome too, complete with umbrellas and beach chairs! The one drawback was that we had to leave! We HIGHLY recommend John's property, it was an unbelievable week! We will be back! Thanks John!"

"Great condo at a great price. The location is awesome and so close to the beach we have had longer walks in High rises we have stayed in. Complex is very quiet with a heated pool and hot tub that were great for spring. Owner was very easy to deal with. We will definitely be back!"
