  • What a perfect vacation place!

"Our stay was perfect at Beach Colony West 1B. It started with Luxury Coastal Vacations and how easy they made it to rent. They were great with communications and expectations. The check in process took place at the condo and all access codes were given via email the week before our arrival. The condo was exactly what we needed. A small yard with direct pool access was perfect for our 3 kids. Luxury Coastal Vacations then sent an email welcoming us and providing us with a list of dining options around the area. That was not expected, but a great customer service added touch. We have stayed in Perdido Key and at Beach Colony for 4 years and our experience with Luxury Coastal Vacations and with this particular condo exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!"

  • Clean, modest and reasonable

"My husband and I spent several days in this small, clean, modest condo that was exactly as described. Nothing more, nothing less. I believe we would have felt a bit cramped if we had our kids with us, but it was perfect for the two of us. Having the full kitchen was perfect for our needs, and being right on the beach, with the indoor and outdoor pools was exactly what we wanted. This is one of the most family friendly places on the gulf coast. Not too loud or crazy at night, and it was very refreshing to be a good distance away from the commercialism of some of the other beaches. There was never a time that we didn't have plenty of room to ourselves on the beach, or at the pool. And as a bonus, the weather was perfect! We loved every minute of it. We will definitely come again. But next time we will be sure to bring beach towels, paper towels and a hair dryer."
