"My husband & I & our dog had the best vacation ever this year. This is our third year renting from Mr. Joe & Mrs. Lynn & we are always more & more amazed at how wonderful it is to stay in their condos. If you are looking for a quiet place that has easy access to wonderful beaches & great restaurants, shopping, waterparks, etc., this is the perfect home away from home. Every time we go they always make us feel so at comfortable, so welcome. It is the best pet friendly we have found so far, & believe me our dog knows when he is welcome, he did a happy dance when we got there. He knows the condominiums so well now, when we got there he ran right up to the door. The beach is located right across the street, we found seashells, sand dollars, etc. the water was crystal clear, & so beautiful. There is a beautiful pier in the back of the condos with a wonderful gazebo, that sits right out on the bay which is equally as beautiful as the beach. The condos are nestled nicely, & set back from the main beach road so it is so peaceful & quiet. Mrs. Lynn has the condominiums beautifully decorated & this adds to the beauty of the entire experience. We have found our permanent vacation spot. Thank you Mr. Joe & Mrs. Lynn for making our vacations beautiful memories that we will never forget."Guest: Sharon Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 23, 2014View listing
"This was the most wonderful, relaxing, and revitalizing vacation EVER! We had the great fortune of having our family join us for two weeks in extraordinarily large condo. After our arrival i had a few questions for the owner and i was so delighted to get a response within minutes! There was plenty of space and privacy for 5 couples and 2 small children and so much to do that everyone had a wonderful time. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning and the boat and dolphin watching was a delight. Beach combing and fishing was a big hit for the entire family. Have restaurants within walking distance was a bonus. We would recommend this beautiful condo to anyone and we all hope we are able do this again next year!"Guest: Kathleen B. "This 2 story condo is absolutely amazing! The kitchen is beautifully done with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with plenty of pots & pans, dishes, utensils, and even a Keurig for our morning coffee or tea. The mainfloor bedroom is roomy and nice. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful balcony off the large master bedroom. It was like an oasis itself. The masterbath was larger than most with a fabulous tub, shower, and walk in closet. There was plenty of sleeping space in the third bedroom with the bunkbeds and trundle. This condo offers two full balconies with the most amazing views of the ocean. We enjoyed watching dolphins swim by from the balconies every day! Having two floors in this condo allowed our family of 8 to have plenty of space and privacy when needed. Most of all, the owners were absolutely amazing to work with and truly added to the beautiful experience we had! Our trip was a celebration of my mom's last cancer treatment, and these wonderful owners did everything possible to make sure our family had the most amazing celebration! They went above and beyond to help us make this a special trip, as they even sent us recommendations to local restaurants for our celebration! We highly recommend this condo (& owners) to anyone looking to stay in Perdido Key. Our family will certainly be coming back to stay in this beautiful 2 story condo again soon!"Guest: Soper Family Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: October 7, 2014View listing
