"My husband & I & our dog had the best vacation ever this year. This is our third year renting from Mr. Joe & Mrs. Lynn & we are always more & more amazed at how wonderful it is to stay in their condos. If you are looking for a quiet place that has easy access to wonderful beaches & great restaurants, shopping, waterparks, etc., this is the perfect home away from home. Every time we go they always make us feel so at comfortable, so welcome. It is the best pet friendly we have found so far, & believe me our dog knows when he is welcome, he did a happy dance when we got there. He knows the condominiums so well now, when we got there he ran right up to the door. The beach is located right across the street, we found seashells, sand dollars, etc. the water was crystal clear, & so beautiful. There is a beautiful pier in the back of the condos with a wonderful gazebo, that sits right out on the bay which is equally as beautiful as the beach. The condos are nestled nicely, & set back from the main beach road so it is so peaceful & quiet. Mrs. Lynn has the condominiums beautifully decorated & this adds to the beauty of the entire experience. We have found our permanent vacation spot. Thank you Mr. Joe & Mrs. Lynn for making our vacations beautiful memories that we will never forget."Guest: Sharon Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: September 23, 2014View listing
"This place was awesome. It was very roomy and Kristin had it stocked with cleaning supplies, cooking spices and everything you would need to do your laundry. The master bedroom was my favorite . We kept the door open all night and enjoyed the soothing sounds of the ocean waves. The guest bedroom was also really nice. Where else would you have a king size bed even in the 2nd bedroom. It was also nice to find a beachfront property that was dog friendly. They even had a few baby gates if you needed. I used one to close off the balcony so I would not have to worry about my dog . There are not a lot of places to actually walk your dogs though. The hwy is busy with no sidewalks available and they had many sand spurs that seemed to get caught up in my dog's paws. We found a small dog park on the bay side and there were 2 dog beaches on Pensacola beach that were fun to visit. I would highly recommend this place. It felt like a home more than a rental. This beachfront property was even better than the pics. : )"Guest: Yvette K. Date of Stay: December 2014 Review Submitted: January 4, 2015View listing
"This was my 3rd year visiting for a girls week And it's better each time. The house was recently renovated with many wonderful updates. We love the white sand beaches and the water was fun on the boogie boards. The pier is a great place to fish and I caught several. This house is within walking distance to a few restaurants. We cooked in one night and the kitchen was fully equipped and it made it so easy. All the appliances seemed new and worked great. It was especially nice having the laundry center. We spent a lot of time in the evenings setting on the deck overlooking the ocean. Wonderful view. We are making plans to return next year. Can't wait."Guest: Jim A. "We arrived to beautiful weather and a fabulous condo!! It was spacious and every need we had was met. I can't think of one thing I would change except to have had more than a week to spend there. We give our 3 adult children a trip each year for Christmas and this was our 2014 Christmas gift to them and their spouses/significant others and they absolutely thought this was the BEST condo ever! I would not hesitate to recommend this condo and Perdido Key. It is great for families, girls getaway, older couples, etc. You will love, love, love it!"Guest: Colleen Date of Stay: October 2014 Review Submitted: October 21, 2014View listing
