  • Heaven on earth

"A friend told me about Port St. Joe and this wonderful condo. We had never even heard of Port St. Joe and had no idea what to expect. When we arrived at the complex we were very pleasantly surprised. It was a very nice unit and had everything to make it feel comfortable and homey. When we walked out toward the gulf, it was even more wonderful Peaceful, uncrowded, beautiful doesn't begin to describe it. It was just heaven on earth. I don't remember a more relaxing week. I will return as often as I can."

  • Great House

"We stayed in the beautiful house for Spring Break 2015. The house is fantastic! It is right on the beach and we rarely saw very many people. We loved grilling outside and even got some steamed crabs and ate right on the porch. There's a good fresh seafood market in Mexico Beach which is only a few miles west. There is a bar/restaurant just across the street, with good raw oysters and beer, too. We never had a complaint about the noise from the bar, however. Driving to Port St. Joe (just a couple miles East) was nice, too. Great restaurants there and some cute boutique shopping. And the nicest people! We also went into Apalachicola for more oysters and shopping, which is 20-30 minutes. You could spend the better part of the day in Apalachicola, but we preferred being at the house, relaxing on the porches or at the beach. The neighborhood where the house is situated is very casual and comfortable, but the house is VERY nice! And comfortable. We love the area and hope to get back there soon. We would definitely stay in this house! Thank you! Just note that the house is 3 stories to walk up, but it was good exercise for us!"

  • Great time for us and dog

"My husband and I plus our cocker had a wonderful time. After a brief hassle confirming the arrival security code, everything else went great. We had all we needed on the middle level with king bed, well equipped kitchen, dining and living area plus two baths (his and her). Of course we loved the screened patio where we ate several times and played some card games. The views were even better than we expected from many windows plus we could hear the magical surf! One of the greatest things was having the beach chairs, umbrella and cart supplied. We didn't use the fun pass but we did have some fun short day trips to Port St. Joe, Apalachicola, St. George's Island and Cape San Blas. We loved being there this time of the year as it was quiet and secluded with only a handful of friendly faces around, lots of shells to pcik up and admire and the temps were perfect. Working with Teresa was fantastic. We would definitely return."
