  • Comfortable place in a good location

"Townhouse is right on the beach facing the Gulf. It provides comfortable beds and seating. We liked eating our meals on the upstairs screened-in porch with a beautiful view. The only downside to the view was the Money Bayou which had changed course in the last storm. It now runs directly in front of the townhouse with red clay colored water. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Triple Tails restaurant... be sure to try the Triple Tail fish. We fished from the Fishin' Xpress out of Port St. joe. This was the only boat which allowed fishing for Red Snapper this year. Went horseback riding on the beach with Rockin M Ranch. We loved walking on the beach morning and evening with our two dogs. Thank you Mary for allowing us to bring this part of our family!"

  • Great Stay!!

"My husband and I had a very relaxing stay at "Get Your Bathing Suit On". We loved sitting on the porch with a glass of wine watching the surf and sitting on the top deck watching the stars. The Indian Pass Oyster Bar had Indian Pass Lagoon Oysters when we ate there and they were the most delectable oysters that we have ever eaten. The bar attendant who was shucking the oysters told us that usually they serve Apalachicola oysters because the Indian Pass Lagoon Oysters (Indian Pass Lagoon is right across the street from the raw bar) have begun scarce and are only available for a short period of time every year. We felt really lucky to have been there during the time when they were available. If you go, ask if they have the Indian Pass oysters. The house is very clean and comfortable. We did not cook in the kitchen but the kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and kitchen gadgets. The linens and towels are first class and the bed we slept in (the master bedroom) was super comfortable."
