"My family and I spend several wonderful days at Bay's Window. We walked several blocks to buy fresh seafood from a local vendor (Doug's Seafood, near the lighthouse), travelled to Apalachicola for lunch one day and stopped by the local brewery (Oyster City Brewing Co.). The centralized location is great, with the beach and amenities just a walk away."

"if you want a home right on the beach this is it. Wonderful kitchen and huge table for everyone to eat at. Floor plan worked well for big family. Pool was nice, but all pool chaises were broken. Lots of things in the house needed fixing. If your picky this is the wrong house. Still had a good time and would go back."

"The house is a cute beach home which we thoroughly enjoyed. Very relaxing. Spotless and well equipped! We had a great time. This home will definitely be a return if we come to St. George Island again and we will recommend to friends. The owners needs to update their photos to show the white kitchen and granite counter tops and reflect the open airy feeling of the open concept living/dining/kitchen area with cathedral ceilings. We were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. The split plan bedrooms provide wonderful privacy. Our grandchildren loved the pool and of course the beach just across from the house. Wonderful ocean view. Biking was fun for all of us due to the proximity to the center of town: basketball courts, playground, lighthouse, restaurants, shopping and visiting a wonderful gallery of local artists. We enjoyed the bike path which runs along the lot in back of home and we rode to the state park and several other areas. The outdoor shower and hose were great to wash the dog and grands after a day at the beach!!! The dog has as much fun as we did. Apalachicola was a fun town full of great restaurants and galleries...interesting museums. Advise: buy your food before coming on the island (island stores very pricey)....except for sea food....seafood trucks sell fresh seafood daily. Thanks for sharing your enjoyable home."

"On our recent trip to St. George, we were so fortunate to find Barbara's condo. From our first communication, we really appreciated her response rate to all inquiries.
One of the many things we love about visiting St. George is being able to cook meals with all the fresh seafood the area provides. The kitchen was amazing - all kinds of great pots, pans, dishes, utensils that made meal preparation a breeze. In addition to the fully stocked kitchen, the condo had a gorgeous view, was very clean and comfortable, so we felt right at home. The pool was always refreshing after a day at the beach, and the entire property was very well maintained. We also appreciated being walking distance to all the local shops, stores and restaurants. We will most definitely stay in Barbara's condo on our future trips to SGI and have already shared the rental information with some friends. Thanks Barbara - we really enjoyed our visit!"
