"Location!Location!Location! This beautiful home is a short beach walk from the jetty; it's a great place to view sunsets, fish, or both. Willow Beach is luxuriously furnished with everything you'll need for a memorable, carefree vacation. We hung out on the covered decks during the day and sat on the top open air deck at night to stargaze. This is a perfect place to cycle, swim, kayak, eat the freshest of seafood and just kick back and relax. The house is in tip top shape and both the owner and her on-island mgr. respond quickly to any questions or concerns guests may have. We would definitely come back and recommend this home to others."Guest: IslandGurl Date of Stay: August 2014 Review Submitted: September 12, 2014View listing
"Prime Time is a great house for a family vacation...we have stayed there several times over the years, this being the first time with these owners. I did not have any problems with the house which I felt the need to call, A/C did great. There are small cleaning issues with any rental, nothing major. We absolutely loved the house an had a wonderful week there, the only bad part was having to leave. I would highly recommend this house (unless of course it is during a week I want to rent it :))"Guest: Teresa Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: June 23, 2014View listing

"This is a very hard review to write - there were so many good points to this house, but several areas need some attention. I would have to suggest to the resort managers that they consider taking a couple weeks and doing some maintenance. I guess I'll do the bad first because I want the good points to be most memorable. Okay, here we go (had to shorten b/c character limit) The elevator did not work for the first 4 days. We finally flagged down a truck that was next door from the rental agency and he came over and fixed it (one interior door was not completely shut). We called property manager and they sent someone but he couldn't fix it and just left. We requested chairs for the balcony, never got them. The waterfall in the pool does not work. The lights/sound in the hot tub do not work. Broken lounge chair at the pool, and the bottom of the pool was all chipped with huge spots of missing paint. The tile around the top edge of the pool is coated in scum and needs a thorough cleaning. Bugs floated out of the pool filter, which we explained to the pool boy. He said he would turn the filter power up, but bugs continued to float back out of the filter so we spent a LOT of time cleaning the pool. There was a septic smell that drifted around the pool area occasionally that was really unpleasant. There is an outdoor sink/fish cleaning station next to the shower near the pool. There is a wasp nest under the sink. The palmetto bug problem is the worst we've experienced in Florida, although I'm not sure if anything can be done about that, but I had to mention it because we rented a house last year and seen one of these bugs the entire week. On a normal night here we would come out on the balcony and see at least 20, and found several in the house. The can opener was missing from the kitchen. We constantly ran out of ice, so maybe a larger ice maker would be useful. We requested an outdoor table of some sort because we like eating near the pool on family vacations, never got one. Mattresses need replacement, they were very hard. The good - very close to beach, beautiful view, beautiful landscape, great house layout, huge balconies, the stars at night are incredible, loved the game cabinet and the kitchen, and the shell collection at the entrance and on the shelf above the stairs, guard at entrance to community, the Beach(!) is perfection. Fortunately for us, the good far outweighed the bad and I would stay here again. Maintenance is all that is needed."Guest: Jodi G. Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: August 7, 2014View listing
