"We stayed here for 5 days and wishes we could stay for 5 more!! The condo was perfect for us. The view was spectacular and the beach was awesome! There was not one thing I didn't like. Want to stay again next year!!"

"This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. My mom and I came to see my son, her grandson, who lives in Panama City Beach. As soon as we arrived, we felt relaxed and at home. We spent most of our time on the balcony or the beach. It felt comfortable, and even though it was only a one bedroom, spacious. The decor was fun and very beachy which just added to the atmosphere. I was able to bring Max, my shih tzu, who immediately made the lounger on the balcony "his spot." The kitchen and bathrooms had everything you would need for a short or long stay. The bed was very comfortable and we both slept quite well. The beach is just a short elevator ride away, grab a chair and you are there. It was quiet and the people very friendly. Any kind of restaurant you want is close. There is a marina just 5 minutes away with rentals and activities for the day. I've only been home overnight and already want to come back. I'm in the process of talking my husband into taking a beach trip just to relax. If I can convince him, we will definitely want to rent this condo for the trip. It was PERFECT!! Thank you Marcy for letting us have such a carefree, wonderful time with my son!"

"We just got back home from the beach two days ago, and the vacation was wonderful! The condo was equipped with all we could possible need. We were very comfortable with the condo. It is a little older, but it has been well taken care of. The best part was that we were able to bring our pet along with us. It is not located right in the congested area which was very nice. It was easy to get in and out of the facility if needed. Working with Resort Destinations was very pleasant, and I will be honest that I was a little leery after reading the post before mine. Now, it has not been the designated time to receive my reimbursement back for the damage deposit, but I am confident we will receive that after the allotted time given. We will definitely use this company again when we return next summer."

"The unit had undergone a very well done renovation. The furnishings were tastefully done, especially appreciated the comfortable beds and light dimming window coverings. The view was incredible with extensive porches that wrapped from the front around to the East side of the unit. The kitchen was fully functional.
We normally stay on 30A at either Rosemary or Watersound. Since it was a short stay and a big spring break week was hitting, we couldn't find a single place that we could rent. We found this unit and decided to give it a try. Because of the reasons stated above, it turned out to be a very good stay on PCB. One big difference is that a 30A stay normally doesn't provide an ocean view unless your either paying three times the price for the two neighborhoods I mentioned OR paying 1.5 times the price and staying in something on the beach in Seacrest or SeaGrove that is old and run down.
We did miss the great, finer dining restaurants on 30A. If a family does most of their dining in their accommodation, I think this unit is an incredible value."
