"I had to travel to Panama City on business so we decided to extend the stay a little to enjoy one last trip to the beach before school started. We found this condo on VRBO and we had stayed at the Pelican Walk before. The pictures looked great, but sometimes the room is not the same when you arrive. This room was just like pictured and better. We have stayed at the Pelican Walk several times and this was one of the best rooms of all our stays. The process of booking was easy and the owner was very responsive. Check in was a breeze. The room looked perfect and made you feel like you moved your own furniture to the beach. The owner spared no expense. The bed was comfortable and the linens are top quality. Our daughter slept on the sofa bed, she had no complaints. Others have commented that the sofa bed was uncomfortable. I would say for an adult it could be, but realize it is a sofa bed and not a king Serta. The kitchen was well appointed and refrigerator was new. I like that the sliding glass doors have curtains on a sliding track rather than the old vertical shades that tangle up or fall off. The closet doors to the washer and dryer had to be removed off the sliding track when we checked in. Maintenance worked on the dryer vent for a few minutes prior to our arrival and advised to leave the doors off since the track needed some repair. Honestly, it is easier to access this area with the doors off. The view from this unit is great. The design of the property does not allow much view to the right side of the beach when on the balcony unless you stay on the right side of the property. Beach access is easy from this unit since you are far enough up to not hear too much noise day or night, but close enough to be on the beach in about 2 minutes including the elevator ride. Very minimal stairs to get to the beach. This is a big deal when you hands are full, have little ones, or have trouble walking. We enjoyed our stay, and will book this room for another vacation. Thank you Cecil and Sharon for allowing us to enjoy you condo."

"We just got back home from the beach two days ago, and the vacation was wonderful! The condo was equipped with all we could possible need. We were very comfortable with the condo. It is a little older, but it has been well taken care of. The best part was that we were able to bring our pet along with us. It is not located right in the congested area which was very nice. It was easy to get in and out of the facility if needed. Working with Resort Destinations was very pleasant, and I will be honest that I was a little leery after reading the post before mine. Now, it has not been the designated time to receive my reimbursement back for the damage deposit, but I am confident we will receive that after the allotted time given. We will definitely use this company again when we return next summer."

"The condo was large and above expectations in size. The furniture is a little outdated and beds were not comfortable. We loved the balcony. It has a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen had just enough pots and pans to cook but nothing too fancy. We ate out most of the time. We liked the location as it wasn't too far from things to do but also wasn't in the direct path. The beach was not crowded and the pool was a hit. Unfortunately, some kids did damage to the hot tub so it was not available during our stay. All in all a nice place for the cost. I would recommend this condo."

"The unit had undergone a very well done renovation. The furnishings were tastefully done, especially appreciated the comfortable beds and light dimming window coverings. The view was incredible with extensive porches that wrapped from the front around to the East side of the unit. The kitchen was fully functional.
We normally stay on 30A at either Rosemary or Watersound. Since it was a short stay and a big spring break week was hitting, we couldn't find a single place that we could rent. We found this unit and decided to give it a try. Because of the reasons stated above, it turned out to be a very good stay on PCB. One big difference is that a 30A stay normally doesn't provide an ocean view unless your either paying three times the price for the two neighborhoods I mentioned OR paying 1.5 times the price and staying in something on the beach in Seacrest or SeaGrove that is old and run down.
We did miss the great, finer dining restaurants on 30A. If a family does most of their dining in their accommodation, I think this unit is an incredible value."
