We enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. We had a full house and there was plenty of room as well as dishes and silverware for everyone. The view was amazing and we saw dolphins from the balcony every day plus one day 2 swam within 20 feet of us right out in front of the building. It was an amazing experience. For the most part, the condo was very clean and in good condition. Check in and out could not have been easier and the staff at Book that Condo was very friendly. The only thing I would say was that the balcony could have used a good power wash but it was outside and it was really not a big deal. Everything else was absolutely ideal for a great little vacation with the family."

"Came down for a 2 week vacation. Very impressed with this condo. From a previous review the owners must actually read these. All the floors are now ceramic tile (no carpet) which we loved. The bar height bistro table on the balcony is worth mentioning. You are not looking at or through the rails. You are above them so the view is unobstructed. Beds were very comfortable. Expanded cable channels including HBO and ShowTime. Really great breakfast restaurant "Another Broken Egg" 100 yards behind the complex; worth going to if you like breakfast! Lots of dining options within 1 mile of complex. Would recommend this condo and would stay here again."

"We loved every detail in this unit. The ceiling fans, the water pressure, the light switches, everything. The owner was very easy to deal with and always answered my questions in reasonable time. The TV in the bunk area was best for the little ones. A note about WiFi throughout Grand Panama, speeds are good (over 10), but you get kicked off very often. This ended up being a blessing, as who needs the internet when you have the beach!"

"We have traveled to PCB for years and thought we would try a new place. The arrangements through the owner went smoothly and the condo was very nice. The condo looks just like the pictures. On the downside the elevators were awful and the parking garage doesn't have enough spaces. We had to end up parking in the outside parking garage. The pool is too small for the condo, if you don't get to the pool by 8 o'clock you won't get a spot. The front entrance doesn't have but a few spaces to load and unload you car and this was a nightmare. I loved the condo and would of returned, but the air in the condo went out the last day and a half and it was about 85 and it was hot!!! We called owner and that took awhile because no one would answer their phones so we left messages. After talking with owner she said she would handle problem the next day and we were fine with that because it was late when we finally talked. Arrangements were made and the window time for air to be fixed was between 12 and 2. He didn't show up in the window time and once again had to call owner and once again no answer. Sat until 330 in condo and he finally showed up and air was fixed. I know things happen, but this was our last day of vacation and I wasted a lot of my day waiting on the air guy. Owner never called to check to see if air was fixed, I left a message. I contacted Deb who isn't the owner, but seems to be the only person to contact when we arrived home to complain. I felt we should be compensated for the days with no air and she said the owners said NO and they felt they did their part. If I was a condo owner I would of called customer personally and would of compensated a day or two for no air to get customers to return. My family may return in the future to Grand Panama, but will NOT return to this unit!!!"
