"This was a perfect house for our family reunion of 4 couples! The home is beautiful with a great layout. Five bedrooms each with a private bath. The open kitchen living room was always big enough to accommodate our group. The patio is enormous with plenty of chairs and spots to sunbath. Right on the beach with gorgeous views of the Gulf from 2 bedrooms and the living area. Walmart and Winn-DIxie stores are very close. The area has some excellent eating spots all just a short drive. It was so good to have all of my brothers and sister and their spouses living together rather than being in 4 separate rooms at a hotel and it was also very cost efficient. Like I said before this was the perfect home for our family reunion!"

"When we pulled up my heart sank. I saw an old yellow out dated bungalow. When I walked in my heart sank a little more. to the left you see broken blinds and ripped couches. It was super hot so i go to thermostat and it won't go below 70 degrees. Read me out folks. The photos are outdated. so is the living room couches (they have holes and tears in them). . . but this place is so much more... the kitchen was super nice along w/front bathroom. the backyard was so peaceful i'd rent again just because of it. The place can use updates and a fresh coat of paint ...also, hear ye!! for the GRILL, take knobs off to get other two burners to work. oh, and DEAR ROD, please for renters sake put some blinds in the back bedroom. those see through curtains aren't enough when you have teenagers running around! (also, simply b/c you can't sleep in due to the sun beaming in and if you can't go below 70 its HOT in the back. thank you kindly.) It rained twice while we were there, saw no leaks, so idk what that review was all about. We would rent again. it was nice, just the little things needs to get fixed. us being able to bring our dogs made this place even more enjoyable. There was a guy named randy that freaked us out. he came out of no where to clean pool. i really didn't appreciate that cause my dogs went crazy and it scared us. some heads up would be nice. The walked to the beach was nothing. like a street over literally. Don't freak out when you see fridge, the front door is all rusted but inside perfectly clean. Don't get me wrong when you pull up your heart might sink, don't judge it from the outside, trust me. Now, i see why everyone raved about this place. You won't go wrong. WE will be back next year. The owner was super nice and easy to work with."

"The house was just as described. I have stayed in both condos and hotels but after staying here I won't be staying anywhere but in a home. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the pool and Florida room. We definitely look forward to coming back."

Beautiful home with pool & ocean views=Perfect Family Vacation
"I arrived and was pleased to find the home was gorgeous and about a 1/2 block from the beach. The pool and patio area was a little smaller than we expected but none the less, we had our own pool!
The house is very well stocked. The kitchen has more than enough utensils, small appliances and many other things like various spices, sugar, non stick cooking sprays etc. The pool was stocked as well, there is a wagon, pool floats, toys and beach chairs to use. My guess is other guests like us, brought or bought things and didn't want to travel home with them so they left them behind for other guests to use. Which is very nice. We had an entire suitcase with floats and diving rings and beach balls for the kids, we left it all behind for others to enjoy, along with 6 beach chairs we had purchased and couldn't bring home...we even left a case of unopened beer for the next guests (lucky them). There was also beach towels that belonged to the house for us to use. We brought dish and laundry detergent but were pleased to find there was plenty there to use had we not. The only thing we had to purchase was more toilet tissue and paper towels. The BBQ grill was great as well.
We travel to PCB yearly and this was our first time at this end of Thomas Drive. We were pleasantly surprised to see that end of the beach is not as busy but yet there is good dining, bars and activities even within walking distance. The kids had a blast snorkeling and finding lots of new things at the beach. There is a gas station right across the street if you forgot something or like our kids did...went every night for ice cream and treats. Thomas Drive is a little busier and the home faces the street but the side roads are not very busy at all and the home is so sound that once you are inside with the doors and windows closed you can't hear a thing-it was peaceful! And we felt very safe walking the streets to the beach.
The location of this home along with the price and the upscale feel of the home is exactly what we were looking for. I looked for sometime before locking down this house and I truly feel for the price you aren't going to find anything nicer.
The owners were easy to deal with, my emails were responded to within a day at the most and my deposit was mailed to me that same week I returned home.
I highly recommend this home to anyone, single families, multiple families, couples....it's great for anyone!
We are already in the works of planning"
