"Just spent a week in this condo with my family and 4yr old grandson. We had a wonderful time. I was a little skeptical of being on the 6th floor, but it was perfect. Each bedroom had a balcony to view the ocean. We saw dolphins, as well as manarays. The entire family hated to leave. The condo was beautifully decorated and Judy was very accommodating with any of our questions. I highly recommend this condo and would definitely come back."Guest: Anonymous Date of Stay: September 2014 Review Submitted: October 3, 2014View listing
"We truly enjoyed your condo! The views were amazing from the balcony!! The condo is very nice & perfect for a family! It exceeds all your expectations! The owner is so friendly & easy to work with! The Resort has 2 amazing pools with hot tubs!! The only downfall is that the elevators are extremely slow!! We truly enjoyed ourselves & made a lot of memories that will never be forgotten! Thanks for allowing us to stay @ your condo & I look forward to returning in the near future!"Guest: Ms.BMW Date of Stay: July 2014 Review Submitted: July 28, 2014View listing
"We had a great time at Splash resort. I did identify a few problems in the unit that needed fixing (remote control for tv in bedroom was broken where a battery had leaked inside it; light over bathtub didn't work; paint needed touching up in various places; the white cushions in the chairs were starting to look a bit dingy). Despite this, it was GREAT! The biggest reason that we chose to stay at Splash Resort was because of the kids splash area and the assorted pools. The first day that we attempted to use the pools (Sunday) they were quite cool. The lazy river had some warm spots, but the pool in front of the East building was cool. The kids splash park area with the bucket and slides was FREEZING! My son tried to play in the area, but his teeth were chattering. We were disappointed at that point. Fortunately, over the next few days the pools were much warmer. The pool at the base of the West tower gets water from the hot tub, so it stays pretty warm. The splash area warmed up enough that my son was happy to play there as well. The resort itself is well-maintained. There were some elevator issues during our time. The left elevator for a day or two wouldn't allow guests to select about 4 floors (8 included). This was repaired, though. Another difficulty that we had was in regard to luggage carts. They were at a premium and could often not be found when needed. This was frustrating when attempting to haul luggage or groceries to the condo. The condo itself was very clean. The location on the 8th floor was nice for the views. The balcony afforded a decent amount of privacy, and I liked the adirondack chairs and table on the balcony. The provided TVs were a good size. The couch was comfortable. We didn't use the bed in the couch, but when I went to fold it out to show my son, it looked kind of worse for wear. The decor was tastefully done, not too knick-knacky. My only other issue was that the cleaners surprised us on our last day. We were in the process of moving all of our luggage to the car. We had loaded a cart with all of our luggage and taken it to the car. We headed back to the room to do a once over and remove the bathroom garbage before we left. As I re-entered the room, the door bumped into someone, and the room was filled with a cleaning crew. This was odd to me as checkout wasn't until 11 and this was around 9:30. I got our beach ball, but would have been upset if more of our stuff had been in there. Still, we had a good time."Guest: Sherry K.
