Great Time And Customer Service
"We enjoyed our stay and Mr. and Mrs. Williamson have very nice condo. Jon was prompt to handle a slight hiccup we had. Out of all the condos at Tidewater we have stayed in the last 5-6 years, this is definitely the nicest."

"My husband and I loved the condo!! It is very tastefully decorated and so relaxing that we actually added an additional day to our trip!! Tracy and Heidi were both very helpful and friendly!! The resort has great amenities and the staff were very nice!! The view from the condo was great and we ate at some great restaurants - we always try to eat at local places to get a taste of the locale!! We recommend Angelos, Scampys, Triple J, Boon Docks, Sweet Basil and especially Thomas Donuts!! We specifically scheduled this trip for this time of year because we do not like crowds and we were not disappointed - I don't think there was ever more that about 40 people on the beach at any one time!! The pools are crystal clear and the beach was very inviting!! The weather was perfect and the trip was memorable!! We will definitely be back!!"

"Spent several nights at this condo with friends and had a wonderful time! The condo is well furnished and decorated, and I felt right at home there. Fresh sheets and towels were provided so it was easy for us to settle in quickly. The kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all spotless when we arrived as well. We did not do much cooking in the condo, but there were plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc. available for use which was great. It was nice to also have a washer and dryer in the condo, as we were able to do laundry midway through the week.
One of my favorite parts about the condo is its ocean view from the patio. I sent a picture of the view to my friends back home when I arrived, and they all thought it was a postcard. The patio was a great place to eat breakfast and to relax in the mornings before taking the quick elevator ride down to the beach. My friends and I loved how close the beach was to the condo and spent most of our time there. Two of the Tidewater’s chairs plus an umbrella were included with the condo, and there was also a smaller beach chair provided in the condo. The beach was well maintained and not too crowded.
My friends and I checked out the outdoor pools at the Tidewater and also the gym. All were well maintained and easy to access. The staff around the area was also very friendly. The first two days, I often forgot the access codes to different places, but the security and maintenance staff would always help me out.
I also got to do a lot of shopping during the week. Pier Park was a quick drive from the resort, and we spent several evenings looking through the shops and getting dinner there. There were also several pizza restaurants and a Thai restaurant just outside of the Tidewater that had great (and quick) food options within walking distance. There were also lots of options for water sports in the area. There are banana boats and jet skis for rental right next to the Tidewater, and one of my friends found a surfing lesson about a ten minute drive away. If you’re willing to drive just a little bit further (about 20 minutes), St. Andrews State Park runs a shuttle that takes people to Shell Island, which is home to a lot of dolphins and a very beautiful, quite beach. They also rent out snorkeling gear.
Overall, I had a great experience staying at the condo and in Panama City, and I would definitely return in the future."
