"My family and I stayed for spring break 2015 and we had a wonderful time in this unit. My children love the bunk bed area with curtain and personal tv in the room. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen as far as cooking tools and things go. We were excited to learn that beach chair rentals came with the unit and the beach is literally steps from the room. The only negative thing is the elevators, we loved having one right outside the room door, but we just visited at a busy time and there was always LONG wait for the elevator and we were 15 floors up so the stairs were not an option. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and we will be staying again and again at this resort. Thanks Liz and Nick"

"Oh my goodness, this unit has everything from a stocked kitchen to sand buckets for the kids. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had 10 persons ages ranged from memaw 78 to grand kids 11! No boredom at all! This resort is very family friendly and the staff were so helpful!! The owner is a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions! The unit has enough room for 20 if need be! You won't fill cramped I promise! My husband was able to walk to the pier and fish anytime! A plus for sure! The views are breathe taking from every window! There are so much to see and do in PBC!!! We loved it!!! Thanks again Lynn for helping make memories that will last forever with my family!!! See ya next year!!!!"

"Spent several nights at this condo with friends and had a wonderful time! The condo is well furnished and decorated, and I felt right at home there. Fresh sheets and towels were provided so it was easy for us to settle in quickly. The kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms were all spotless when we arrived as well. We did not do much cooking in the condo, but there were plenty of utensils, plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc. available for use which was great. It was nice to also have a washer and dryer in the condo, as we were able to do laundry midway through the week.
One of my favorite parts about the condo is its ocean view from the patio. I sent a picture of the view to my friends back home when I arrived, and they all thought it was a postcard. The patio was a great place to eat breakfast and to relax in the mornings before taking the quick elevator ride down to the beach. My friends and I loved how close the beach was to the condo and spent most of our time there. Two of the Tidewater’s chairs plus an umbrella were included with the condo, and there was also a smaller beach chair provided in the condo. The beach was well maintained and not too crowded.
My friends and I checked out the outdoor pools at the Tidewater and also the gym. All were well maintained and easy to access. The staff around the area was also very friendly. The first two days, I often forgot the access codes to different places, but the security and maintenance staff would always help me out.
I also got to do a lot of shopping during the week. Pier Park was a quick drive from the resort, and we spent several evenings looking through the shops and getting dinner there. There were also several pizza restaurants and a Thai restaurant just outside of the Tidewater that had great (and quick) food options within walking distance. There were also lots of options for water sports in the area. There are banana boats and jet skis for rental right next to the Tidewater, and one of my friends found a surfing lesson about a ten minute drive away. If you’re willing to drive just a little bit further (about 20 minutes), St. Andrews State Park runs a shuttle that takes people to Shell Island, which is home to a lot of dolphins and a very beautiful, quite beach. They also rent out snorkeling gear.
Overall, I had a great experience staying at the condo and in Panama City, and I would definitely return in the future."

"This condo far exceed my expectations The view was amazing and the condo was gorgeous. Well stock kitchen utensils and towels. Christina was very responsive and was a pleasure to book with.
The only downfall and this was on housekeeping was that we found someones clothes in a dresser and they were nasty. Christina responded right away and had housekeeping come remove them. Housekeeping needs to do better cleaning the bathrooms there was nats and hair along the bathtub and sink.
The elevators were very slow, but that is to be expected in a 30 floor tower.
Very close to restaurants and the pier. We absolutely loved our stay here and hope to stay here again. I would highly recommend."
