"My family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) stayed in this condo for 4 days in August. We had a nice time in PCB and the condo was accommodating. It is furnished well with just about everything you need and then some. We we're surprised by everything we found, binoculars, games, beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, laundry detergent (bleach & dryer sheets too), dish detergent, sunblock, soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, etc. And the view was great! We enjoyed just sitting out on the balcony most of our time.
There were a few things worth mentioning that could have made it better but nothing worth complaining about during our stay. 1) The huge ceiling to floor blinds covering the balcony door were broken, you couldn't pull the cord to open them and/or turn them. We were able to just push them ourselves to get them open though. 2) The shower head doesn't seem to be put on properly, it's leaking from all the joints and slides down while your taking a shower so you have to keep pushing it back up to get under the water. 3) The bathroom door could really use a shot of WD-40, it squeaks so loud I hated using the bathroom after the kids went to sleep on the bunks right beside it in fear of waking them up. 4) The stove/oven is tiny so don't expect to be cooking much there. You can't fit a pizza in the oven. 5) The ceiling fan was noisy.
As for the property, my only complaint is of the elevators. They are hot for one thing so it's like a sauna in there IF your lucky enough to catch an elevator. They were slow most of our stay but on Sunday when we were leaving, and I assume everyone else was too, we waited about 30 minutes on our first trip out with the majority of our stuff. On our final trip out, after waiting over 20 minutes and being passed up 4 times by a full elevator, we took the stairs down from the 18th floor! The pools were fine, never got overly crowded during our stay. It was nice to have an indoor pool on the night was really windy making it too cold outside. The condo is within a few miles of a Walmart and has a Burger King close enough to walk to. Not to mention tourist shops of course. Other than that you will need to drive a few miles to see other food and entertainment options.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay and this condo is worth considering."
