  • Close to Pier Park

"Thank you for sharing your condo with us, it was just perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed walking the beach everyday and being so close to Pier Park. Your balcony view was perfect too."

  • Thanks for a great vacation!

"An absolute best vacation condo!. We couldn't have asked for anything more than all the amenities in the condo. If there is a return trip to PCB we will certainly want to stay in this condo again. The reservation process and communication with PCBLP was great. Every question answered before and during the trip. The check in process was perfect with no issues at all. Thanks PCBLP for a great honeymoon, bike rally and vacation!"

  • First class!

"Very clean unit. We were celebrating our 25th anniversary and although it is very family friendly, it was never disturbing but yet very enjoyable. The bed was surprisingly extremely comfortable! You rarely get that on vacation. Nice large bedroom and beautiful ocean view from the entire unit and balcony. Nice having a washer/dryer in the unit to keep our bath and beach towels clean. What you will need that we didn't realize... standard size pillow cases for the 'sleeping pillows', hand soap for the bathroom, and we bought a few extra cheap towels from Walmart. It is a condo so you will need your basic necessities down to extra toilet paper, coffee filters, trash bags, etc.. We ended up contributing a wine opener and a 1 gallon tea pitcher if they are still there. There are no pizza/cookie sheets. They have one of everything else (skillet, pot, strainer, etc). If you want to save money, don't rent the chairs and umbrella on the beach for $40 per day. Go to Walmart and buy a couple of $10 chairs and a $12 umbrella for the week. It works! The condo building itself is very well maintained. Pool security all day to keep random strays out and pool is cleaned daily. Gift shop/snack shop is wonderful. Staff is very helpful and you always saw an employee cleaning. First class! They were in the process of replacing the carpeting in the hallways... glad they keep up on that stuff. It shows they care about keeping their building looking nice. I saved my information for Seavaven 916 because we are using this unit every year."

  • Exactly as Advertised- No more, no less

"This location was awesome! We were right across the street from a great restaurant and bar. There was a crosswalk and we never had an issue getting to the beach with the traffic. There are a few things I would suggest to future guests: bring boards game or card games. (I'm use to condos offering movies, music or game as a benefit of staying in a 'home' and not a hotel) and if you find a parking spot in the garage TAKE IT! (We had the hardest time finding a spot in the garage and had to use over flow lot next door a few times- don't worry it was free and for the condo residents) Here are a few suggestions I'd make to the owner: provide cleaning supplies. (We had to go out and buy dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper). Provide an ironing board and hanger. (There was a nice closet and iron, but without those two items, it was useless). Overall, it was a nice clean place to stay at the beach for two. I'd go back."
