Fall break family vacation
"We loved our stay here! Our children (15 & 10) had a blast. We checked out all of the extras that come with the property and planned on using them all, but the beach is just too inviting. We did play a little tennis, volleyball and basketball, but never used the beautiful pools, because we always chose the glorious beach. Even though it was mid/late October, the water was great (after the first step or two). Hours on the beach playing in the sand and water were so fun and relaxing. The sunset is unbelievable...don't miss it!! The sunrise is great as well and the beach is so peaceful with only a few others out that time of day. As it turned out, when we ventured outside of the complex we found out it was "bike week". Even with all of the crazy going on elsewhere, it was always peaceful at the complex. As for the condo itself, it was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and it had everything you could need. The views were nice from both balconies. Even the elevators were so smooth they didn't bother the motion sick people in my family. We would definitely stay here again! And make time to go to a restaurant called David's Snowballs...it's such a treat we went there twice."

"We only live 4 hours from PCB so we've made numerous trips through the years. We came down to go to a friends wedding. It was our first time at pinnacle Port and our first time visiting in Oct. The condo is very nice and updated. Me and my husband had a wonderful time. The weather was great and the resort has so many things to do. We also loved being at the end of the beach before it crosses to Helen State Park. We had the gulf and the bay at our disposal. I give it 4 stars because the balcony from the living room was the bay and the balcony from the upstairs bedroom was gulf. I wished that had been reversed. We will be back. We are actually looking into buying a unit here."

"this is a lovely home to stay in while enjoying all that Carillon beach has to offer. the kitchen is very well stocked with great appliances ,dishes & pans. There are many extras offered like bikes, beach chairs and plenty of beach toys. the screened in porch was well used during our visit. hope to return next September. Owners were great to work with. Great place for a small group."

"The place smelled really musty when we arrived and I believe it was the carpet. I would highly recommend removing carpet all together, especially in a place with so much moisture in the air. We opened windows and rarely closed them while we were there and that helped a ton. We also weren't aware that there was going to be a parking lot directly below us and were a little disappointed about that at first. Once we got over those two things we really enjoyed ourselves. Even though there is a parking lot, it's really quiet. We found the location to be very peaceful and relaxing. We loved walking the beach and the fact that it wasn't overcrowded was great. We loved that there was a park just up the beach you could walk to. We couldn't see the sunset from our condo, but it didn't take long to walk down to the beach to watch it. The grounds felt very safe since it was a gated community. There were opportunities for paddle boarding and kayaking."
