  • Great condo and location!

"One of the best stays in Miami I´ve ever had. Great condo and location! Travelled with my family including a baby, so having a full kitchen and washer/drier made this trip much easier. The location is great, a park and marina right across the street and off course Cocowalk walking distance. Also very very good to have parking included as in Miami this is overcharged anywhere you plan to stay. It was also a pleasure dealing with the owner (always via e-mail) with prompt answers and detailed explanations."

  • Hidden Gem

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hidden little gem. It was conveniently located and quick walk to all restaurants in Coconut grove. The place itself was spacious and clean. I really loved the decor. The yard was absolutely amazing and peaceful. Diana was a pleasure to work with. highly recommend!"

  • Perfect Location and Property!!!

"My husband and I traveled to Miami for the first time. Ana Maria's cottage was the perfect location to downtown Miami, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, beaches, and local sightseeing. The patio was nice for meals or generally relaxing outside. As others had mentioned, the cottage had everything - towels, fridge, washer/dryer, etc.! The only item(s) I found myself searching for was a cutting board and paring knife. We had at least one to two meals at the cottage every day and these were items I would have regularly used. The cottage is a short drive to so many great restaurants and places to hang out! We can't wait to come back to Miami and stay with Ana Maria at the cottage."

  • 100% sadisfied

"We were in Miami for my daughters graduation from the University of Miami. We had 6 family members in town plus daughter and 2 of her friends and I wanted a place we could all meet and relax and enjoy our special event. I had rented 3 hotel rooms with multiple bedrooms but that didn't give us a gathering point. I am a big user of VRBO and found this place and after checking as best I could rented here from Wed through Monday and then cancelled 2 hotel rooms. 4 of us from out of town stayed at the house and 2 more at hotel, and daughter and her 2 friends stayed at daughters house. But this place was where we all hung out. Great pool and back yard, very private with tables and chairs for all. The pool was enjoyed by all and used a lot by most. The back yard is very nicely landscaped and the palm trees , hedges and other plants make the back seem like you are pretty much alone in the jungle although the neighbors houses are on the other side of the jungle. The house was very clean and welcoming with a large living dining room area , 2 sofas and dining table and 6 chairs. We had dinner in the 1st night with 7 people and that, was find and then Sat night with 9 people which is tight but still ok. We could have eaten in the back pool area also. The galley kitchen is bigger then it may seem in the pictures...plenty of room for 2 or 3 to work and we prepared full dinners. Everything needed to cook, serve and eat was there. Coffee for me in the morning by the pool was great. Main bedroom and private bath was very nice with I think new tile and the other 2 bedrooms and shared hall bath were fine. The house also has 2 car garage and we parked one car there with others in the drive. I would definitely use this spot again. The house is near the University, south of route 1 and 10 minutes from Coco Walk in Coconut Grove to the north and the shops at Sunset 15 minutes to the south. Some of our group went to South Beach one night and others went to Bill Bragg Park, or Matterson Hemlock and down to the Everglades on day trips. The house is on a well traveled street and it can be hard to get out of the drive at times, BUT ignore that because when you get in the front door and outback to the pool you area you will be happy you are there."
