"My family included 2 teenagers and three adults and we all enjoyed this property for its uniqueness, easy accessibility to the places we came to visit and the quality of the furnishings and the well stocked and outfitted kitchen. We found it very easy to walk to restaurants close by as well as travel to South Beach ( we were glad to get back to the house from the congestion and people at South Beach) and down to Key Largo as well as many places in Coconut Grove.
Definitely a location we will visit again, owners are very professional to deal with and live up to their word"

"We had people visiting from out of town and needed some extra space to put six people. This cute little house did just the trick. It's in a very beautiful, quiet and private location with easy walks to Coconut Grove. The outdoor sitting areas are so pretty and relaxing. Everything was easy and smooth with the rental and we had everything we needed."

"It was our first time Traveling with our baby and this spot could not have been better. The full kitchen/washer dryer were a must and being able to go for a beautiful long walk every morning in the park or along the marina was amazing. The pool was also beautiful and it was child-friendly as well which was nice. The fresh market was great for groceries. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they had lots of great options. The chart house nearby was also a great spot with an incredibly reasonable happy hour. The only downside was the construction going on as it was loud during the day, but it was fine because we were out and about during the day anyways. I believe it is almost done as well. Bottom line, this is a GREAT spot and the owners were wonderful to deal with. We can't wait to go again and plan to tell many of our friends about it!"

"We were in Miami for my daughters graduation from the University of Miami. We had 6 family members in town plus daughter and 2 of her friends and I wanted a place we could all meet and relax and enjoy our special event. I had rented 3 hotel rooms with multiple bedrooms but that didn't give us a gathering point. I am a big user of VRBO and found this place and after checking as best I could rented here from Wed through Monday and then cancelled 2 hotel rooms. 4 of us from out of town stayed at the house and 2 more at hotel, and daughter and her 2 friends stayed at daughters house. But this place was where we all hung out. Great pool and back yard, very private with tables and chairs for all. The pool was enjoyed by all and used a lot by most. The back yard is very nicely landscaped and the palm trees , hedges and other plants make the back seem like you are pretty much alone in the jungle although the neighbors houses are on the other side of the jungle. The house was very clean and welcoming with a large living dining room area , 2 sofas and dining table and 6 chairs. We had dinner in the 1st night with 7 people and that, was find and then Sat night with 9 people which is tight but still ok. We could have eaten in the back pool area also. The galley kitchen is bigger then it may seem in the pictures...plenty of room for 2 or 3 to work and we prepared full dinners. Everything needed to cook, serve and eat was there. Coffee for me in the morning by the pool was great. Main bedroom and private bath was very nice with I think new tile and the other 2 bedrooms and shared hall bath were fine. The house also has 2 car garage and we parked one car there with others in the drive. I would definitely use this spot again. The house is near the University, south of route 1 and 10 minutes from Coco Walk in Coconut Grove to the north and the shops at Sunset 15 minutes to the south. Some of our group went to South Beach one night and others went to Bill Bragg Park, or Matterson Hemlock and down to the Everglades on day trips.
The house is on a well traveled street and it can be hard to get out of the drive at times, BUT ignore that because when you get in the front door and outback to the pool you area you will be happy you are there."
