  • Perfect place

"We just arrived yesterday and we already miss the place. The house is super clean, full equipped and the location is perfect. When I was looking for a house and read the reviews I told myself all 5 stars, it seems impossible... but we really couldn't ask for more. Steve is awesome. Thank youuuuuuu"

  • Room 1010 was wonderful! Great view, lots of space!

"We rented four rooms. -1010 was by far the best. It had a bedroom, separated by a sleeping area and a balcony that was ocean front. We also had rooms 304/604/904. These rooms were nice, and had a very beautiful ocean view, but they had a balcony that was facing the pool. You could still see the ocean, but it was more of a partial view and not as beautiful as what we could see from room 1010. I would highly recommend room 1010. -The service at the Pelican was great. The rooms were nice. -The location is awesome being right on the beach, however, if we were to travel again without the kids, I would stay closer to Las Olas Blvd. -This was a great hotel for kids with the lazy river and not having to cross the street to the beach. -The booking agent was kind, but it took FOREVER to get anything done. Granted, we did have four rooms, and we did have one set of changes, HOWEVER, it literally took MONTHS to get actual confirmations and corrected invoices. He said that the property was under going many management and hotel changes which caused the delay. This created a huge headache when arranging the hotel accommodations for my guests. If it were not for the great rate, I would have just given up and found a different VRBO or gone through the hotel directly. If you are going as a group, I would have them each contact him individually rather than through a "group" because it was a nightmare. I hate to be negative, but it really should not take that long to confirm everything, especially when I typed it out for him who should be where."

  • Wonderful villa

"We (2 adults/3 teenagers) had two wonderful weeks of vacation in this beautiful home - absolutely amazing. The house is very clean and very weel equiped with everything you need to make a perfect stay. Big pool, beautiful garden and we had great joy of the kayaks and all the iguanas who visited the place. We got seen and experienced a lot both in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, not to forget Everglades and Key West. Easy to book the house and Joe send a lot of information before your stay and answers questions during the stay if necessary. We can highly recommend this house"

  • Fantastic Place in Fort Lauderdale

"We went to Fort Lauderdale for an event at the Broward Convention Center and stayed with two other families. The house is nicely laid out for three families with 2x 2 bedrooms side by side and a third one upstairs, large enough to sleep multiple people. The house has it all: Pool, barbeque, great kitchen, beautiful view (Other than the back of the large apartment complex). I would go there again next year. The location is central and if you can walk to the beach in 12-15min. The house was very clean. The modern interior was a plus for us."
