"What you see is what you get! We loved this home away from home! Clean, easy, and gorgeous views! Nothing better than your own pool & direct beach access! Mirtha was very easy to work with and a great help to needs I had having 2 young children (baby equipment rentals). We'd love to come back every year!"

"I want to start by saying we rented this condo as a temporary home during our move to Fort Lauderdale. I will try to base my review from a vacation view point though, as most people renting this condo would probably being using it for that...
The location is prime in many aspects. Located near the beach, multiple restaurants, and shopping. It is slightly secluded and has a home feel instead of that big city feeling, when you are at the condo. From the condo window your view will be of the pool and the river, where you can watch the boats and yachts float. The court yard and pool area are very peaceful. Your parking spot is located directly behind the condo, making for a very short walk to the car.
The condo itself is adorable! It is small, yet the open concept of the living, dining and kitchen make it feel large. The bedroom is the perfect size, with a dresser, small desk and very nice walk in closet! The bathroom is your average apartment size, but has everything you need including a full size tub/shower.
The furniture is very comfortable, including the bed.
I have only one small complaint. It is that while the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a good meal, it is very small, with less than a desirable amount of storage and counter space. My husband and I do cook a LOT, and would have found a small pantry to come in handy. But if you are vacationing, you might be going out a lot or only cooking light meals. The owner did make a clever use of space, however there is a broom closet on the outside of one of the kitchen walls, and personally I would have made at least part of that into a pantry.
Overall, this is the perfect place for a vacation home in Fort Lauderdale and the home itself is very nice. Also, the owner is very accommodating and polite. I would recommend staying here."

"This house was perfect for our family reunion. Enough space for everyone and we loved the common areas (swimming pool and the porch with the view to the sea). There was also enough space for all the cars, which was very convenient. The location is not too far from shops but also not too close.
One lowlight, there was construction going on in front of the house, by the boulevard, which did not affect us in terms of noise, but it was on the way to the beach... Hopefully, it would be finished by now. We stayed in the house the first week of Aug, which is probably not the best time for this beach, still we manage to enjoy it towards the end of the afternoon everyday of our stay.
We got all our deposit back, but in the form of a cheque, which can be an issue if you don't live in the US or don't have a US account."

"My name is Lidia I am from Sweden. My English is not the best. Mike was phenomenal a pleasure to work with. The home was great. Clean, new furniture, luxury for our family. 6 of us, my family drove from Margo Island to stay here with me, my treat. I need vehicle, Mike rented me a nice Mercedes for my trip. Also gave me good tip on restaurant on beach which was right down the road lovely restaurants & shopping. Tropical Storm Erika was not so bad only few days of rain. I pack up and go to New York for few days then back to Sweden. I want to thank Mike for courtesy and being a helpful concierge for my stay in Florida, United States."
