"Me and my girlfriend stayed at this fantastic townhouse for two weeks in central fort lauderdale. Close walking distance to restaurants down at Las Olas but still quiet and comfy without any disturbances. If you're headed for the beach they have busses that will drive you back and forth from Las Olas. So this is pretty much the perfect location if you want quiet but lively, private but easy access to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped which make is easy if you want to just stay at home and enjoy a meal by the poolbar or in the hottub or maybe on the roof terrace enjoying the multi room audio system in a all new set of furniture which was a surprise compared to the pictures. Overall a really great villa."

"You couldn't been the location of the property...it was right on the beach! There was a restaurant and bar on the premises as well as a gift shop. If you wanted to eat at different places, you had to take a taxi because nothing was within walking distance. There was not even a gas station very close. We walked 1 mile one way to a Walgreens to get some snacks. The restaurant and bar were just a little more expensive than what I like to pay, but if you are okay with spending more, you could totally have everything on the property and wouldn't have to go anywhere! We thought our room would be overlooking the ocean based on pictures, but it was on the other side of the building. The resort is going through construction and I believe they will be working on it for a few months to come. The lobby, porch, and rooms were beautiful. Everyone was very friendly."

"I want to start by saying we rented this condo as a temporary home during our move to Fort Lauderdale. I will try to base my review from a vacation view point though, as most people renting this condo would probably being using it for that...
The location is prime in many aspects. Located near the beach, multiple restaurants, and shopping. It is slightly secluded and has a home feel instead of that big city feeling, when you are at the condo. From the condo window your view will be of the pool and the river, where you can watch the boats and yachts float. The court yard and pool area are very peaceful. Your parking spot is located directly behind the condo, making for a very short walk to the car.
The condo itself is adorable! It is small, yet the open concept of the living, dining and kitchen make it feel large. The bedroom is the perfect size, with a dresser, small desk and very nice walk in closet! The bathroom is your average apartment size, but has everything you need including a full size tub/shower.
The furniture is very comfortable, including the bed.
I have only one small complaint. It is that while the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a good meal, it is very small, with less than a desirable amount of storage and counter space. My husband and I do cook a LOT, and would have found a small pantry to come in handy. But if you are vacationing, you might be going out a lot or only cooking light meals. The owner did make a clever use of space, however there is a broom closet on the outside of one of the kitchen walls, and personally I would have made at least part of that into a pantry.
Overall, this is the perfect place for a vacation home in Fort Lauderdale and the home itself is very nice. Also, the owner is very accommodating and polite. I would recommend staying here."

"This condo is exactly as advertised. The balcony offers a very good view of both the ocean and canal. It has a bar sized fridge, 2 burner cook top, microwave and a full sized coffee maker. There is pretty good wi-fi but I had to ask for the code at the front desk. Valet parking is steep at $33.00 a day so if you don't absolutely need a car don't get one. The condo is an easy walk to Fort Lauderdale's restaurants and bars and there are eateries right at the Hilton too. Eddy is good to deal with, he answers queries very quickly and efficiently."
