  • Fun in Fort Lauderdale with Excellent Service!

"We recently stayed at Paradise Vacation Villa for 1 week. Tom was very organized from our first contact with him, to processing our payment and then meeting with us on our arrival at the Villa. The Villa is very clean and the pool is absolutely fantastic. We spent many hours with the kids in this very private and quite oasis. We had rented a car for our stay, which is very convenient especially if you want to go to the Everglades and see the surrounding areas. There is a Whole Foods within walking distance and a nail salon, hot yoga studio and a pub and restaurant. We did take the #10 bus to the Science Museum which is close to Las Olas Blvd. Once on Las Olas Blvd you can jump on a tram to the beach. We also went on the water taxi tour of the Canals which was great fun. During our stay, we had 2 issues requiring immediate service. The fridge broke down one day, and by the end of the day a brand new fridge had been purchased and installed. The second issue was the sink backed up and again Tom had the whole system flushed out and working within hours. We were due to depart Fort Lauderdale on Saturday but all flights were cancelled until Wednesday because of winter weather delays in other parts of the US. We contacted Tom from the airport to share our dilemma and he assured us that his next guest would not be arriving until Thursday and we would be welcome to stay in the Villa until our flight left on Wednesday. We are a family of 5 and have stayed in many private rentals over the years. We have never received the kind of extra ordinary service that Tom provided."

  • Awesome retreat! So much more than we expected!

"This is a very lovely home. We were blown away when we arrived. The home is so well maintained and fully equipped. Gorgeous windows in the living room facing the backyard give you the feeling of being outdoors. The back yard is completely private and so well groomed we didn't want to leave as it really felt like a home away from home. Heated pool too! Lots of nice restaurants are within walking distance. Very nice area. And both the owner and property manager were very accommodating. They've even installed a new keyless entry system and a smart climate control system. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning first chance we get! Highly recommend Casa Calmare!"
