  • Wonderful villa

"We (2 adults/3 teenagers) had two wonderful weeks of vacation in this beautiful home - absolutely amazing. The house is very clean and very weel equiped with everything you need to make a perfect stay. Big pool, beautiful garden and we had great joy of the kayaks and all the iguanas who visited the place. We got seen and experienced a lot both in Fort Lauderdale and Miami, not to forget Everglades and Key West. Easy to book the house and Joe send a lot of information before your stay and answers questions during the stay if necessary. We can highly recommend this house"

  • Million Dollar Views...

"This was my first time renting through VRBO so I was a little nervous. This was not my first time at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort so I know very well how the other rooms look. Before our date arrived I had several questions which were quickly answered by the property manager, Angelo. Check in as always was fast, no issues. Pure enjoyment & relaxation. Room has fantastic views of the ocean, pool area and the city. We were two adults and two kids. One of our kids had to sleep with us in the king size bed while the other took the twin size pull out. Fantastic, will return again :)"

  • Simply wonderful!!

"My family of 3 adults and 2 toddlers stayed at this property and I can vouch for it, everything is as it is in the description. As a mum to two active children, I was most appreciative of the enclosed backyard where they got to spend a lot of their time playing, if we were not at the beach. It is a safe and well-shaded area, thanks to the mature greenery. The house is also well equipped and to a very high standard. I love these Americans for this. It is so different to places we have rented before in Europe where a lot of things tend to be on the smaller side:-). We stayed for a full 2 weeks and wanted to stay longer, but the unit wasn't available. That just goes to show you that it is very popular with travellers. We didn't go out to the local shops, but a quick drive through showed that some of the shops were empty, but still that wasn't a problem for us. We were able to drive to US 1, which is only a few minutes away, and there are shops of all sorts. I loved the Whole Foods market there. The beach is right by the house, it was so nice to walk there barefooted and not carry much as we could always pop back to the house to get things if needed, but that was never the case. The beach itself was clean, and not crowded at all. In fact, you get to mingle with locals quite a bit, plus my children loved playing with all the friendly dogs. The landlady was responsive and tried hard to meet our requests. All in all, don't hesitate if you are, just go ahead and book this place."

  • Great Vacation Spot

"I spent March and April in this great apartment and it couldn't have worked out better for me. The apartment had large sized rooms with crown moldings and was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It felt much more like a home than an apartment. The kitchen was more than adequately equipped and having the dining room was a real bonus. The outdoor patio area with the lush gardens made you feel like you far away from the city. It was quiet, very clean and the owner, Jon, was always helpful and available if needed. Victoria Park is a great area near the beach and the Los OLas area that has interesting shops and restaurants. I found the location was never more than 10 minutes from where I wantd to be. I will definitely plan another trip to this great vacation spot."
