"This property, as stated by the title is Adorable. Our stay over the Fourth of July weekend was quite enjoyable. Brian was outstanding as the reservation process was flawless. Location is great, property is well kept, and the cottage had everything you could desire. We had a most lovely time and highly recommend to couples and families. Keep up the good work...."

  • Simply wonderful!!

"My family of 3 adults and 2 toddlers stayed at this property and I can vouch for it, everything is as it is in the description. As a mum to two active children, I was most appreciative of the enclosed backyard where they got to spend a lot of their time playing, if we were not at the beach. It is a safe and well-shaded area, thanks to the mature greenery. The house is also well equipped and to a very high standard. I love these Americans for this. It is so different to places we have rented before in Europe where a lot of things tend to be on the smaller side:-). We stayed for a full 2 weeks and wanted to stay longer, but the unit wasn't available. That just goes to show you that it is very popular with travellers. We didn't go out to the local shops, but a quick drive through showed that some of the shops were empty, but still that wasn't a problem for us. We were able to drive to US 1, which is only a few minutes away, and there are shops of all sorts. I loved the Whole Foods market there. The beach is right by the house, it was so nice to walk there barefooted and not carry much as we could always pop back to the house to get things if needed, but that was never the case. The beach itself was clean, and not crowded at all. In fact, you get to mingle with locals quite a bit, plus my children loved playing with all the friendly dogs. The landlady was responsive and tried hard to meet our requests. All in all, don't hesitate if you are, just go ahead and book this place."

  • Still Great!

"Very comfortable and clean room that has been updated. Very nice reclining sofa. Owner is very helpful, organized, responds quickly. Photos are accurate. Great location in the building. We like mid level floors. We have been coming to Pelican Grand for many years and it continues to be our favorite. We enjoy Noodles restuarant on Los Olas,,,Bruchetta is out of this world."

  • Thoughtful!

"I have rented in fort Lauderdale before and this was by far the most confortable I have ever been. Every detail has been thought of to make you feel at home. Linens have been updated from what is shown in the pictures and there are even beach towels and toys for the kids provided. The neighborhood was very safe and the neighbors were all very friendly. My only suggestion would be to add some grips on the stairs to avoid accidents for children and elderly."
