"The owners were enjoyable to deal with and the property managers were very professional and friendly. We feel fortunate to have spent 10 days in the condo, we didn’t want to leave. As advertised, it’s in a perfect location.
At night we enjoyed having after dinner drinks on the balcony that overlooks the lake and had a daily routine of walking either to the pool or to the beach for breakfast at the Lazy Loggerhead. We strongly recommend this rental."

Great Condo on Hollywood Beach/Broadwalk….WHAT A VIEW
"My husband and I, our teen age son and my sister stayed a week in this condo at La Playa on Hollywood Beach/Broadwalk, We had an excellent experience. The condo was clean and well equipped. All necessary kitchen items including toaster, crock pot, blender and all major appliances were available as well as all needed linens. The condo also had some beach chairs and boogie boards. We LOVE the view from the living room and master bed room…straight out to the ocean. There is a pool in the building which we used and it was never crowded. When we did run into other tenants in the building they were all friendly and helpful. The owner/manager Mindy was very good to communicate with during the booking process and even during our stay. We had a little difficulty getting on the wifi but she was quick to respond and we got it all figured out. A bonus is that a parking permit is included. It is down the street about 1/2 a block but parking is a premium in that area and to stay in a parking garage or elsewhere would have been more expensive and less convenient. As for the location to the beach and area attraction, the location is PERFECT. We took walks down the boardwalk to do some souvenir shopping and to access many good casual restaurants. About a block away is a little pavilion area with a water pad for little ones. You can get to the nature trails, kayaking, and the Dania Pier in just a few minutes in the car (or bike ride). We would love to go back to LaPlaya again."

"This is an excellent apartment in a great location of Fort Lauderdale. Just 1.5 miles from the beach, the famous Las Olas boulevard, the Galleria mall as well as multiple convenience stores.
The apartment is freshly renewed, with a new modern kitchen and utensils. There is a living room with a sofa bed and plasma TV and a door that exits to the backyard. The master room is spacious with exit to the backyard and plasma TV as well. Finally, there's a separate bathroom with modern shower.
Living room and master room with ceiling fans and the AC is powerful. You will not get hot inside the apartment. Internet signal was excellent.
There is a gas grill and coin washer and dryer. Very convenient for extended stays.
Greg was super nice to allowed me to stay for 1 week with only 12 hours notice.
He will help you with the process.
Bottom line: freshly renew apartment in Fort Lauderdale near the beach and major attractions. I would not hesitate to come back. Price was very reasonable."

"This is a very high end property based upon location, view and amenities of the hotel. The view is fantastic. The pools and access to the beach are great as well. The grounds of the property including the hotel are very well done. If you are into outdoor living and planning this is a great place to get ideas. The grounds of the property are as well done as any you will see especially considering it's not that big. The food at the hotel (I recommend the Sunday brunch) is very good. Hotel food and drink is super expensive but you knew that when you signed up. The service at the beach is fantastic. So nice to have chairs, umbrellas, towels etc. Possibly the best part of the stay.
The unit itself has a great look and feel. The stove is super hard to work and not very cook friendly for those of us who really like to cook on vacation. Some of the build out details are not great (crummy doors on a closet, baseboard that falls off) that make you wonder who made these decisions to save $ for such a nice property but they are not such that they distract from the experience. The balcony is so nice. Wi-fi works well. Fridge is large and great. Microwave and coffee maker work great. (bring your own Nespresso pods or you can get them on Lincoln) I'm a cook so I care about those things. Some spices and staples in the cupboards but not great. Cooking items like pots, pans, etc. are decent. No toaster. Furniture is nice and the look is excellent. Tv's are very good. Bathrooms are very nice with great towels. Overall this is a very high end property both in look and feel as well as location. The service from the hotel staff is perfect."
