  • great time at the Ritz!

"We stays at this beautiful condo for thanksgiving. IT was great! Convenient parking for the car (save tons of $$ not having to use valet parking!!). The room is as described. Amenities at the Ritz were great! Checked in like any normal Ritz hotel customer! The tennis clinics every morning were great. Would go back for sure!!"

  • beautiful!

"This condo is beautiful and has an excellent view of the ocean. The kitchen is more than fully equipped. We stayed there with our baby, and it was so nice to have so much room such a beautiful space. Also the grounds and service at the Ritz was superb. Our only complaint is that the dryer did not work well."

  • A wonderful stay...

"We just returned from 8 days in Key Biscayne. We found the owner to be attentive and considerate. We called him last minute on Friday asking if the apartment was available one day early as we had booked a different apartment in Miami for two days prior, it was awful. David took care of everything and even gave us a deal on that extra night stay without us even asking, which was incredibly thoughtful. Although we did not have an ocean view, there is a view of the bay in the far distance and the grounds of the beautiful Ritz Carlton. This is truly a great deal, you get the all the amenities of the hotel while still having an apartment and a kitchen so you aren't breaking your budget having to eat out every meal (especially when you have young children who wake early and go through a gallon of milk in 5 days). Having the amenities of the Ritz Carlton was a huge plus the pool, the staff, and not to be missed the Photo Concierge was amazing. It was also great that a parking spot was available to us, since it has its own private enterance and a great location right next to elevators, and not dealing with Valet everytime, especially with the July 4th being a busy weekend. We were able to leave without having to deal with the hassle. The island is amazing and beautiful so worth exploring, and everything is within walking distance. We loved Billy Baggs (great light house), Crandon park (the gardens and nature center should not be missed.) with great beaches for young children. The park in the middle was great. The restaurants on the island are amongst the best. Our favs were Ceviche Bar, Artisan, Milanezza, the Lighthouse cafe and the Rusty Pelican are not to be missed. We had the best time and will definitely be returning to this tropical island retreat that made us feel like we were in the Caribbean, South America, and Europe all in little island. You will come back feeling refreshed."

  • Great setting, great location, very convenient

"We've stayed in this apartment three times, so obviously, we are fans. The location,Key Biscayne , is a beautiful enclave, minutes from Miami but totally an island world unto itself. Fantastic beaches, excellent restaurants, biking, walking trails and parks. The complex, Key Colony, has everything you could want pools, lap pools, Gym, bike room with bikes,Beach Café, great beach and a generally relaxing and pleasing aesthetic.it's a 10 minute beach walk to the Ritz-Carlton beachside café which is fun in the afternoon. The apartment is sunny, very roomy, comfortable and casual. It has everything you need. The owners are a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. There's a range of water sports available close by including kite surfing, kayaking, etc."
