Outstanding Accomodations But the Owner is a Loud Mouth Jerk
"The 3rd floor condo was very nice but someone should have checked the condo before we arrived. Half the condo's AC was not working so we contacted the owner immediately and his serviceman showed up a few hours later. Over the next couple of days we enjoyed the view and the comfort of this beautiful condo. A day before we were ending our stay, I emailed the owner Marty to ask a very normal question when guests are having a wonderful time...a later check out, if its possible. My 1st suggestion was a stretch for a 4pm check out and after that was rejected I then asked for a 12 or 1pm check out. That was later rejected as well as he mentioned that the condo was expecting new guests the day after we were leaving. So, of course the next day we were set to leave at the 11am check out time, as per our agreement. Prior to finishing to pack, my partner and I left to go for a walk but arrived back at the condo around 10:15am with the owner's cleaning crew taking apart the condo, stripping beds, etc, getting set for the next guests, the next day. Our bags were on the floor with our clothing on the floor as well and it was obvious that the crew was in the condo for at least an hour earlier.This was a violation of our agreement and our privacy was comprimised. Naturally, I called the owner, Marty, and his answer was, "so what do you expect me to do?" He then proceeded to open up a loud mouth, continued to scream at me and eventhough he violated our agreement, made threats if we did not vacate the condo. Its a shame because my partner and I had a wonderful vacation BUT everything was ruined because of the owner. So be aware of the owner of this condo.....I made the mistake of asking for a later check out but obviously I rubbed Marty the wrong way just by asking. Once again, its a shame...beautiful condo....enjoyed our time BUT stay away from the owner as he is a loud mouth jerk."

"Our stay at The Fontainebleau Sorrento unit was excellent!
The unit was very nice, and the service, including housekeeping, was very well done.
We can assure you we will recommend this to our friends, and will certainly be talking with you when we plan our next visit to Miami.
We travel quite a lot, and have multiple destinations as a reference. The Fontainebleau gets very high marks from us."
