"This is our 5th year staying at the Condo for the month of March. We love it here! The condo is in a great location, right on A1A. This particular condo is in the ideal spot; on the 1st floor, around the back where you don't hear any traffic noises and right across the side street from a small park overlooking a canal.
The condo is updated including flatscreen TVs and WiFi internet. It's very clean and comfortable. Scott is a great landlord, giving you an introduction to the condo and its community areas (complete with pool and shuffleboard), how to get to the beach (just a short walk across A1A and down a bit) and then leaving you on your own to explore. He's just a phone call away if you need anything taken care of at the Condo.
There are strict rules from the Condo Association about pets, but Scott will consider allowing a small well-behaved dog if it meets the rules. Our pug has been welcome (he's small, quiet, well-behaved).
We have already reserved for next year! Can't wait!"

"This is a wonderful house in a great location. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. The house is as described in the VRBO listing. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would rent this house again. The few issues we had were in the kitchen, and they only matter if you intend to do some serious cooking. The island is butcher block but they ask you not to use it as a cutting board, which is fine. But there are only 2 small cutting boards available. The knives are not good, so if you plan to do any serious cooking you should bring your own knives. Finally, the only non-stick skillet was not in good shape; the non-stick coating was flaking off, which is not good. We managed to deal with/overcome all these issues, which were minor in light of how wonderful the house and the owners were."

"My girlfriend and I stayed here for the first time in April. We were both looking for that perfect place to relax and then get into a little trouble later on in the night lol. We will be coming back no doubt! Our room was very nice. We got in a little early and property manager John and his wife hurried to get us into our room early! Thanks John. We laid out at the pool each day then a five minute walk to all the various restaurants and bars. No car needed unless you plan on driving elsewhere. Loved the dock in the rear of the complex right on the intercostal with a view of all the boats. Our parking spot was literally 15 feet from our front door. The property is very secluded from its surroundings by landscaping which is immaculate. Highly recommended."
