  • Beautiful "Home from Home" with magnificent views

"We have just returned from spending 3 months at this beautiful condo in Miami Beach and have re-booked for the same next year. This speaks for itself! We loved it! Everything is as described. Everything that we needed was provided in the condo, all kitchen utensils, bed linens, towels, comfy beds and comfy furniture. The condo is on the 8th floor and we had a spectacular view from our balcony of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Miami skyline. We sat on the balcony and watched the boats pass by daily. What we particularly liked was watching the sculls from the rowing club nearby pass right below us. In addition to this, on several occasions we were lucky enough to see dolphins. The beach is directly across the road from the front of condo, so we had the benefit of the view of the Intracoastal (which is beautiful at night also) and the convenience of the beach as well. There is also a pool on the premises. The condo is 15 mins by car to the middle of South Beach and the famous Lincoln Road Mall with all its restaurants and stores. We are music lovers and the icing on the cake for us is The New World Symphony, just steps from Lincoln Road Mall. There is a bus stop to South Beach immediately outside the condo, and taxis are reasonably priced. There is a new, modern Publix within 30 mins walking distance. My husband and I are in our 70s and enjoyed walking there to shop (a buggy is provided in the condo). Our daughter, her husband and 2 children came for a week while we were there. There was something for everyone! Beach, pool, nightlife, shopping, restaurants and just plain "people watching"! We didn't need to contact the owners very much while we were there, but when we did they responded immediately. The management of the building was very friendly and helpful. We made some friends among them and look forward to seeing them next year. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone wishing for a "home from home" vacation."

  • A great suite to vacation in

"The description and pictures were spot on. The suite was roomy and very well furnished. Both BR were large and very comfortable each with its own large bath room. The apt was well equipped with updated flat screens and furnishings. The owner was very pleasant and very accommodating. I highly recommend this suite and expect to return on my next trip to the beach"

  • Great suite with a great view.

"We rented the two bedroom suite from Adam for a short weekend and everything was first class. If you have a group of 5 people or more I recommend renting this suite from Adam. He was prompt and was a pleasure to deal with. Fontainebleau is a great place to stay......awesome pool, right off the beach, and very clean. View from the suite was awesome. Because it had three balconies you could see both the sunrise and sunset. I would definitely recommend renting through Adam."
