  • Best deal on Miami Beach!!

"I was looking for a family friendly hotel in Miami and for less than what you would pay at a conventional room by the airport you get a condo on the beach with a spectacular ocean view from the 15th floor. Ed was such a pleasure to deal with. The keys were waiting for me at the front desk, the room was clean, and there were plenty of clean linens. The room has 2 queen beds which were very comfortable and a futon which we really only used to rest our suitcases on. If you're looking for a 5-star resort and don't mind paying top dollar for it then this is not the place for you but if you are on a budget and are looking for a nice, clean room with the basic essentials you really can't beat this deal, especially with the beautiful view you get. The room does not have a balcony which was perfect for me since I have smaller kids but you get 3 large windows overlooking the ocean. The sunrise is beautiful but if you prefer to sleep in the windows have darkening shades that will prevent the sun from coming in in the morning. Valet parking is mandatory but free with the room rental. Please keep in mind that if you're coming and going at peak times that you may have to wait a bit for your car as they get very busy. My only complaint was that you cannot get the luggage cart down to your car for easy loading and unloading which meant I had to make a few trips from the car to the lobby where the cart was but it's just up the stairs a few feet away so it wasn't that bad; it just would have been nice to unload our bags right from the car. The building is still under renovation so you might see some areas that are still being worked on but it's coming along nicely. The elevator system is a bit hi-tech and takes some getting used to as you have to punch in the floor you're going to instead of just hitting up or down but I got the hang of it after a few tries. The crowd can be a bit diverse but hey, that's Miami for you. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Miami. Thanks again Ed for being so helpful and accommodating."

  • Nice Getaway

"This is my third time staying at the Fontainebleau. I've previously stayed in a regular room in the main tower and a suite in the tresor tower. This time, I decided to book this sorrento suite. The view from this suite is amazing! The balcony is a nice size as well. The sink, dishes, and refrigerator (with ice maker) located in the room came in handy during our stay. The photos on this site is a true reflection of the room. There was no dish detergent in the room, so bring your own. The fontainebleau is known for having desktop MAC computers in their guest rooms which was a feature I was looking forward to. This room does not have a MAC computer. I was told, the owners decided not to include a computer in this unit. Therefore, I was disheartened. Also, the down comforter on the bed was extremely thin and lumpy which took away some of the luxurious feel of the suite. The comforter needs to be replaced. There are two small closets in this suite. One closet is locked, allowing guest to use only one of the closets. This was my first time renting an owner's suite. Although the suite was nice, the refinement associated with the fontainebleau brand was missing for me and my husband."

  • Great Spot!

"We came for five days in December with our two kids, aged 3 and 6 months. Tatiana helped us secure a crib, and my son was thrilled with the large pull-out couch. The resort is beautiful and, even though it's very trendy, it's also definitely kid-friendly. Everything went smoothly, from the moment we stepped inside! The room was beautiful and perfect size to have 2 kids in the living room. The view is gorgeous (and, if you're a parent of young kids, note that the balcony door was extremely heavy and there was no way my kids could get out without an adult present). I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Tatiana!"
