> Parking is an extra $25 per day next door or $20 at a nearby parking garage on 7th (between Collin & Washington). Easy walk until it rains! As a matter of fact, there is no such thing as free parking anywhere, so expect to pay for parking if you decide to rent a car. Our parking expense total roughly $200 for the 7 days we stayed, so add this to your budget.
> Condo itself offers everything, however, nothing gets resolved when front desk clerk is phoned with questions related to this unit. But owner was very prompt and responsive in sending a maintenance man to fix things, just not on weekends.
> If your routine is to turn in before 10pm, expect to be waken by sub-woofer base booming loud music from cars cruising Ocean Avenue, unannounced.
