  • Great location, great pool and patio!

"Location is great, walking distance to Lincoln for shopping and dining and to Ocean Drive. The house is big with plenty of room, we were a group of 7 guys and never felt cramped. The backyard patio and pool area really makes the house though. Very private with tall trees blocking out the neighbors and a nice Weber for grilling. Definitely great a great oasis away from the crowds."

  • Great time !

"We really enjoyed our stay at Playa de Oro. The apartment was very clean and cleaning staff was there every day to change bed sheets and give us fresh towels. This is a nice and quiet place, we did not hear or see any other residents. The apartment location was perfect, only few blocks away from Ocean Drive and the Beach. Also you could walk a few blocks the other way and do some grocery shopping at the local Whole Foods. Great experience overall, we will definetly stay at this place again !"

"OMG, we just got back from our "Girl's Trip" and we loved this condo. It was 3 of us. 2 of the girls slept on the HUGE L shaped couch, and I got the bed to my self and everyone slept great. This location is secure and quiet. The location was AWESOME, the condo was SPOTLESS when we arrived. We saved so much money by cooking in this lovely kitchen and it honestly felt like we lived there. We stayed here 5 nights and are already planning our next trip to stay HERE. The concierge desk had AWESOME and had a very helpful and attentful staff. Paul was a pleasure to work with. I have nothing bad to say about this. In the past, we have stayed at some of the boutique hotels in South Beach but this was, by far more enjoyable. GREAT STAY! GREAT VACATION!"

  • One week in South Beach

"A group of friends and I stayed in this apartment during a recent trip to Miami. The building is gorgeous and has excellent security. The decoration in the apartment is not so great but liveable. It could use a few full length mirrors (since it has none) and I would recommend bringing your own towels. The location is great, you are in a walkable distance from most of the famous South Beach restaurants and clubs, yet far enough to experience tranquility. The beach is also in walking distance (about a 15 minute walk). Lincoln Mall, on Lincoln Rd, is about a 5 minute walk away. There is a Whole Foods in walkable distance and a Publix a short bus ride away (the bus is only 25 cents!!!). There is also a CVS and a 711 very close by as well as a ton of fast food restaurants (McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Papa Johns, Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Subways). The apartment was clean, although the beds were not all that comfortable. The kitchen has a blender, a toaster, a dishwasher, a washing machine and eating utensils (plates, cups, forks, knives, spoons, etc.). However, the pots and pans are scarce and in bad condition. There are always cabs lined up outside of the building and your average cab ride to Ocean Drive (where the action is) is about 6 dollars. However, if you would like to travel outside of South Beach while in Miami, I would recommend renting a car."

South Beach Travel Tips

Choose South Beach Vacation Rentals for Your Next Getaway

Miami Beach is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the country. Much of that comes from the beautiful beaches and surroundings that it has to offer. Another part of the appeal has to do with the accommodations. South Beach vacation rentals are hard to beat, and they come at prices that are realistic and affordable for most people. If you book early and/or go in the off-season, you can get some incredible deals. Who wants to stay in a cramped motel room when you could stay in one of the great South Beach Condos?

Miami Beach Rentals Are Close to Everything

You might not want to spend all day every day on the beach. Even Miami gets rain sometimes. If you're looking for something else to do, you're in luck. The Ancient Spanish Monastery and the Miami Seaquarium are both very popular tourist attractions, and they'll be educational and enjoyable for all age groups. You don't have to be in a hurry, and you can just linger, relax, and enjoy all that they have to offer. Of course, you can also enjoy water parks and shopping, if you want something with a faster pace.

Eating and Drinking Near South Beach Condos

One of the benefits of staying in one of the South Beach vacation rentals is that you're close to the restaurants and clubs that you might want to visit -- either just to have a meal or to party well into the night. While you're staying at one of the Miami Beach rentals, consider visiting Joe's Stone Crab, Prime 112, or Emeril's Restaurant Miami Beach if you're looking for some great local food and a wonderful atmosphere. Fine dining, great shopping, and the beautiful beaches can go along with your South Beach vacation rentals to make memories that will last a lifetime.
