"This residence was our home over the Labor Day holiday weekend. It is drop dead gorgeous; floor to ceiling windows, chic furniture, refined master and guest rooms and baths, wonderful kitchen and great room, and a huge balcony with stunning beach and city views. The overall vibe is cool and contemporary; very Miami.
The condo is housed w/in The Setai, a wonderful hotel, resort and residences that allows for easy access to the energy and experience of South Beach when you want it and serves as a quiet and relaxing retreat when you don't. Through the rental you have access to everything the hotel has to offer - from 3 pools to the world class restaurants and spa to legendary Setai service. Our two young children joined us for the final day of our stay. They couldn't have had more fun moving between the beach and the children's pool. Setai staff were very accommodating. Our daughter won't soon forget the entrance to her room - a unique 30 foot yellow door that promises individual space and privacy for everyone.
So, if you want a distinctive experience - a stunning condo that transitions easily from adult time to family time and back again nested within a resort that's equally amazing and versatile, then this is the place for you.
The condo is simply a one-of-a-kind rental destination."

"This is our second time renting from Ari and it was an awesome experience as usual. We have already booked rooms from him for our stay again later this September and also October. This room was exceptional and the pictures don't really do it justice. We travel to Miami 7 to 8 times a year and in the beginning we would book through the hotel. That was before we new better. The rates booking through a private owner are almost 30% to 40% less than going through the hotel and you get a much bigger room and access to all the same amenities. One major tip is if you like to have a drink by the pool you should go to the liquor store Primo which is at 39th and Collins ( 10 min walk or $10 round trip cab ride) and stock your room This will save you a ton of money. There is also a Walgreens walking distance away that you can also get breakfast and lunch food and save your money to spend on the really good restaurants around the city."

"we got a tresor junior suite on 19th floor, we were 4 women. we had a really nice room with a queen bed and sofa bed. it had a small kitchenette and fridge, coffee maker and toaster. enough for an appetizer or breakfast. the view from the balcony was incredible. the gym makes you go everyday. it has an spectacular view of the pool area and beach. At the beach you are provided with beach chairs but the umbrella costs usd25/day, a lot! the valet parking included is fantastic. the only thing I have to say is that I did not get the spa passes, I was told to go to Sorrento tower and enter the spa but it felt like too much trouble, I expected the passes to be at the room or reception. housekeeping is usd50/everytime you get it.
Overall We want to come back!!! :) :)"

"My husband recommended Fontainebleau since he comes to Miami every year for a work conference. The hotel and the pools are amazing. The unit was just perfect and more than enough room for myself, my husband and our 3 year old; actually, there was more than enough room for another adult couple if the grandparents could have joined. We loved the views of both the ocean and downtown Miami! We stayed a full week and loved having the option to cook breakfast and also do some laundry when needed. There is a Publix grocery store less than 10 mins away which we stocked up on essentials for the week. You just need to buy paper plates/bowls if you plan on cooking/eating in the unit. We rented a car from Silvercar for the week and the valet was awesome. You call down for your car when you are about 10 mins from leaving; takes about 15 mins or less on avg to bring down your vehicle given that valet is crazy busy most of the time so just keep that in mind. My husband used the spa day pass almost everyday we were there because he loves saunas and the other cool stuff at Lapis spa. You have to pick up your spa day pass on the 7th floor in the owners lounge. A concierge there will assist you.
The only negative was that I could tell someone had smoked in the unit - I have a very sensitive nose (and am also 6 months pregnant) so I could easily tell. My husband bought some odor absorbers which helped a little, and we got used to the smell - however, you could tell when coming back into the room after an extended time out. The smell gradually decreased throughout the week so it wasn't a big deal. The staff throughout the hotel were great and our 3 year old loved talking to all of them! Overall, a great family vacation and can't wait to rent this unit again! Thanks Chris!!!"
