"The house looks small from the outside but as soon as you walk in you can see how spacious it is. We were 8 people total (6 adults 2 kids) and 1 small dog, and it fit all of us very comfortably. It was fully stocked (although we brought our own toiletries it was good to know that we didn't have to rush to the store to buy any if forgotten). More than enough dishes and all appliances worked well. Wifi had very good signal we had at least 7 devices running on wifi at a time and it didn't slow it down. Very clean inside and out. The only thing that could have been better outside was the furniture had a lot of cat hairs on it. There are several cats in the area and I'm sure the cleaners dust the outside furniture but I guess the cats will not stay out. The pool was a great size. The only thing was that we went while there was a bit of a cold front in Miami so most days were too chilly to get in (we are from North Carolina and used to the cold so the breeze we felt wasn't too bad and the kids got in for a little) but a heated pool would have been great -** hint hint ;) ** - Vivian was great also, quick responses, very friendly and helpful. The area was great. Close to everything but secluded enough to get away if needed. One thing I LOVED about this house is that it was pest free. Most places in Miami (even the 5star hotels) have a few roaches here and there (but that's Miami for you) and that's why I'm so picky about where we stay bc I have a roach phobia, but Vivian's house was pest free. Even my dog (4 yr. old Yorkshire terrier) loved this house. He usually gets anxious when he is not at home but as soon as we arrived he felt at home. I have never seen my dog happier away from home. I will definitely be contacting Vivian next time we are looking for a rental home in Miami. Overall I give this house a 5 star. Suggestion: a ceiling fan in the second bedroom inside the house."Guest: Ruth O. Date of Stay: November 2014 Review Submitted: December 16, 2014View listing
"So comfortable for our family. We are a family of 5 , which makes vacationing rather expensive when we always have to book at least 2 rooms wherever we go. That is until I found this adorable place. Although we were 5 people in total, we did not feel crammed into the space. The loft is extremely spacious and open, we all felt very comfortable. There is also daily maid service if needed , which helped me a lot. Management has been wonderful to us and made us feel completely at ease. Our children had a great time as well. Now that we know about this property, we wouldn't have to worry about looking for a place in Miami and can visit more often."Guest: forever 21 Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: March 28, 2014View listing
"Initially we wanted to stay in South Beach but liked the look of this apartment so decided to change our plans and head into Brickell. How happy we are that we did. The location is excellent, within less than 5 minute walking distance to lots of very nice bars and restaurants and also the (free!) metromover station. The apartment we stayed in was on the 15th floor (one shown with the white settee) and it was absolutely spotless. The views from the balcony are great and the amenities in the apartment are perfect for your needs. The block is extremely secure and I found the complex staff very friendly and helpful. The available facilities are good - lovely pool and a good gym. The added bonus of a parking space is a major benefit in this city and to be honest, its the first time I've been anywhere in Florida where I felt I didn't actually need a car. We only used it 3 days out of the week we stayed. I will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Miami - I personally feel this was a far better location than Miami beach for what I wanted."Guest: Paul S.
