  • Amazing Getaway Home

"This is our family's second time renting this house - we love it and already miss it. Everything in the house is great - the master suite, the new living room furniture, and best of all, the pool is perfect. We found ourselves in the pool three times a day at least. Add this to the fact that it's within walking distance to everything on Las Olas, and it's an awesome getaway location. If we were hard-pressed for any constructive feedback, the kitchen sink (and especially the lack of a garbage disposal) could do for an upgrade, but it definitely works just fine... We definitely look forward to renting again!"

  • Do I have to leave.....

"Upon entering this home, I knew our vacation would be complete. This kitchen was amazing, everything we needed to prepare meals was at hand. Believe me when I say that we used it. The stove, the oven, the toaster, dishwasher, washer, dryer and grill. Everything worked well!! Normally when we travel I feel that I have to clean when I arrive. Pleasantly surprised this home was immaculately kept. We opted not to have the pool heated, because we came in mid June. Not a problem at all. Pleasantly refreshing! By the time we left it was like bath water. Plenty of bath towels available. Clean bathrooms. Bedrooms were beautiful. Shopping nearby!!! Target, Bealls and abundant grocery stores and liquor stores! We visited family and friends and attended my beautiful God Daughters wedding. The guys managed time to go deep sea fishing while they were there also. To end the trip we visited the beautiful Juno Beach. This is a must see for a trip in this area. I would definitely rent this home again. You just felt very welcome. The neighborhood was beautifully kept and quiet!. Talking with the neighbors you can even fish in the pond out back. The only thing i would recommend is to have a first aid kit available in the house. Maybe there is one there, but I am glad that we had our own with us. Small cut no amputations!!! I will definitely recommend this property to other travelers!"

  • Will be booking again

"I am tempted to write a horrible review only because I selfishly want the house to be available every time I travel to FL however this house was just to perfect and the owners deserve the accolades! It was truly perfect for us. I have 3 and 1 year old boys and the house worked great for us. The have a FULL SIZE crib and high chair ready to use and as if that wasn't enough of a reason to stay the house also had a fenced in back yard, sand toys, beach towels, chairs, coolers, bicycles, etc... The list just goes on and on. They have every pot and baking pan one might ever need in the kitchen. They have a desktop computer and wifi easy to use. They use quality linens and towels and most importantly a washer and dryer! The house was clean and nicely decorated. My only wish is that since I plan on booking this house for many more years I would prefer bunk beds in the second room rather than one larger bed, but that's just me thinking into the future. Thank you for letting us stay! It was truly a great experience!"

  • 100% sadisfied

"We were in Miami for my daughters graduation from the University of Miami. We had 6 family members in town plus daughter and 2 of her friends and I wanted a place we could all meet and relax and enjoy our special event. I had rented 3 hotel rooms with multiple bedrooms but that didn't give us a gathering point. I am a big user of VRBO and found this place and after checking as best I could rented here from Wed through Monday and then cancelled 2 hotel rooms. 4 of us from out of town stayed at the house and 2 more at hotel, and daughter and her 2 friends stayed at daughters house. But this place was where we all hung out. Great pool and back yard, very private with tables and chairs for all. The pool was enjoyed by all and used a lot by most. The back yard is very nicely landscaped and the palm trees , hedges and other plants make the back seem like you are pretty much alone in the jungle although the neighbors houses are on the other side of the jungle. The house was very clean and welcoming with a large living dining room area , 2 sofas and dining table and 6 chairs. We had dinner in the 1st night with 7 people and that, was find and then Sat night with 9 people which is tight but still ok. We could have eaten in the back pool area also. The galley kitchen is bigger then it may seem in the pictures...plenty of room for 2 or 3 to work and we prepared full dinners. Everything needed to cook, serve and eat was there. Coffee for me in the morning by the pool was great. Main bedroom and private bath was very nice with I think new tile and the other 2 bedrooms and shared hall bath were fine. The house also has 2 car garage and we parked one car there with others in the drive. I would definitely use this spot again. The house is near the University, south of route 1 and 10 minutes from Coco Walk in Coconut Grove to the north and the shops at Sunset 15 minutes to the south. Some of our group went to South Beach one night and others went to Bill Bragg Park, or Matterson Hemlock and down to the Everglades on day trips. The house is on a well traveled street and it can be hard to get out of the drive at times, BUT ignore that because when you get in the front door and outback to the pool you area you will be happy you are there."
