"My first time using VRBO, so I was a little nervous about renting the place. All my fears disappeared as soon as we got to the house! The keys were exactly where the renter said they would be. The house was very accommodating. Plenty of towels, plenty of dishware. The grill was connected through the natural gas of the house, and very clean! We all had an AMAZING time!!!
Dr. Joe had left us directions and suggestions to many nearby local eats, and the nearest Publix. The private access to the beach was really convenient!
The only complaint is that the downstairs AC did not work, but we were out of the house most of the day, and kept the windows open at night, so it wasn't that big of a deal.
I would DEFINITELY book this property every year for our event in West Palm Beach!"

"My husband and I stayed here the month of February and had a wonderful time. As other travelers have said the location cannot be beat. You are two blocks from a beautiful beach that was practically empty during our entire stay and another two blocks from a fabulous bike trail. There is plenty to do in the area, ie, walking, great restaurants, grocery stores, a very convenient bike shop, wonderful pastry shop and just a short hop across the bridge to West Palm where there is a whole array of more shops, restaurants, night life, etc. The apartment and building itself are charming. We found the front desk to be very helpful and the other occupants of the building to be very quiet and pleasant to be around. The owner also was very helpful and got right back to you if any issues occurred. The unit itself had lovely furniture, was clean and was equipped with most things you would need on a vacation. My only issues with the property in general are that all the units in the building have kitchens that have only hot plates in them which limits your cooking ability if you are staying there for a long time, the parking in the area can sometimes be problematic, and the pool although lovely is shaded for the the entire day. There is only one little strip that gets sun and that is usually taken up rather quickly. The up side of the property is that the outside veranda is lovely and you could spend your entire day sitting there people watching, and the public areas library, laundry room, board game areas are all lovely."

"1/2 block to Publix with their great take outs and yummy steaks!
Bicycles for rent next door.
Great pastry shop also next door. Try the Almond Croissants!
You don't need a car, but if you have one check out the weekday special dinners at Ambassador's Table. The Breakers is worth a trip too."

"My husband and I visited this home, and thought it was perfectly charming. The home is completely renovated and up to date, in a quiet neighborhood. We LOVED the salt water pool, just perfect for hanging out and enjoying a relaxing vacation, pool was private, no neighbors could view. The gardens to this home were meticulously maintained with lovely tropical palms and hibiscus. We thought the hedged archway for the driveway and front door were so well done. Owner provided all beach chairs, bikes, surfboard, and beach towels. We would highly recommend this home for the perfect Palm Beach experience."
