"My husband and I recently relocated to Delray Beach and stayed in Benita’s and Jordan’s lovely vacation house for a month, while awaiting our home to be ready. The home and location perfectly met our needs. It was clean and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the pool, which is a hidded oasis. We chose Delray because it is a walking town with wonderful shops, resteraunts and fun events, not to mention the beach. Benita’s and Jordan’s place is the perfect location to enjoy all the town has to offer."

"We were two couples and a single all meeting (from California, Ohio and Canada) in Ft. Lauderdale for vacation. The house seemed well-suited to our needs and our solo friend even used the back apartment, herself. She did mention that she thought the apartment kind of smelled like dogs when she arrived, but a scented candle helped with that. Also, the apartment bed is not very far off the ground, so if you have a bad back or bad knees, this bed might be difficult for you to get into and out of. That said, the apartment stays very dark and quiet in the morning, so it's a great choice for light sleepers. The main house is nicely decorated and spacious and the pool, while small, is really nice. We actually spent a lot of time in the backyard, which was quite enjoyable (even when it was pouring rain, we just stayed on the covered porch). My husband and I stayed in the "downstairs" converted garage room because it had the comfiest bed, we thought. That said, the room doesn't get as cool as the rest of the house. We had to keep the A/C very cold and the bathroom door open in order to get any airflow in there. You also need to be very aware of the step down into the room and the step up into both the bathroom and the house. However, Samantha has added reflective tape to help with this, which I appreciated. I agree with the reviewer that said the house smelled mildewy, but my grandmother's house in Cape Coral always smelled the same way, too. It's a by-product of a few different things (most of which aren't fixable) -- older architecture + high humidity for most of the year + high mineral/sulfur content in the water. So, we just burned some scented candles & fixed it right up! Samantha was incredible with communication and help and has thought of just about everything. We appreciated the washer & dryer and all of the kitchen items, too. The house is well-located (close to the beach and only about 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale proper). In addition, there is a Whole Foods and a Publix within 5 minutes driving which is great for stocking up on groceries!"

"Jeff went above and beyond with the condo we stayed at in West Palm.. many many amenities that most rentals do not offer, fully stocked with soap, dish detergent, cold bottled water was awaiting us, more than enough towels, ( high quality) and the place was absolutely spotless! We were literally 2 blocks from Publix and City Place where there were enough restaurants , shopping and bars to keep up happy, One block from a bustling Clematis street as well. Very pleased with our choice, will be back!"

"my husband and I had a delightful time in this midcentury modern style house. The location was ideal for many day trips to museums, nature walks, beaches, wonderful restaurants etc from palm beach to the north to Boca Raton to the south. Delray itself is full of activities of all types .
The owner was available for any questions or problem solving And welcomed us with flowrrs and a basket of fruit. The quiet redidential neighborhood (Lake Ida ) is beautiful and is the home of the delray playhouse. We like to live like residents on our trips so we appreciated this well equipped house (new extensive kitchen tools snd grill) .
Also liked the excellent nearby gourmet food market, farmers market on Saturday and good supermarket.
Fast internet service a plus.
We felt at home and plan to return next year."
