"We were very good experience staying in this house. It is a nice, quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and helpful! The house is quite old, but clean. I had a concern because I am extremely allergic to animals. She went to great length to make sure the house was allergy free, even changing air filters so I had no problem. The owner is patient and helpful. Also easy to get a hold of both the owner and the housekeeper. We had something that needed to be fixed and it was taken care of as soon as possible. The housekeeper is excellent. She was friendly, helpful, and did a great job!! I loved the location. It was only a few minutes to drive to the beach (nice family friendly beach). I loved having a washer and dryer--especially after the beach. Also close to freeway and about anything we needed. I hope to stay there again sometime."

"The facility was nice. The employees were professional, courteous, easily identified, and helpful. It was first class, with some activities for adults and young children. I would recommend this location for couples only, couples with very young children, or empty nesters. Teen may be bored with the pool, and beach. We did rent kayaks nearby and that was the highlight of our week. You will need a car as taxis are expensive. Overall the facility was excellent for our vacation. However, our specific unit was different.
1. The ceiling fan in masterbdrm was noisy, even on low.
2. The bathrm amenities, for property such as this were not first class.
3. The bathrm towels were thin and there were only two sets to use, for an entire week.
We did have a stackable washer and dryer. They take a while to wash and dry towels.
4. A rock held open a 2nd bdrm door. Without it, the door would close with a loud thud.
5. My wife hurt her foot on carpet tacks in masterbdrm, where carpet meets tile.
6. An ice Scoop is needed for the freezer."

"We spent a relaxing christmas week at "Paradise Found" on Key Biscayne. This tastefully and very comfortably furnished condo provided ample space for my husband, our college-aged daughter and me. Condo was very clean. Raoul was a very responsive text away and so helpful. When the hot water heater failed Raoul had IT FIXED THAT DAY! SO IMPRESSED!!!
We rented bikes from Mangrove Cycles and enjoyed three 20 mile bike rides around the island as well as over to Coconut Grove. The state park, the village of KB, and Crandon Park are filled with bike-friendly paths.
Walking around the corner from the condo afforded us access to the beach for long walks, sunning, and swimming. Beach chairs and mats were provided in the condo.
We enjoyed the following dining spots: The Boulangerie (KB)for croissants, sandwiches, and breakfasts; Ayesha (KB) for terrific Indian food; Angelique Euro Cafe in Coral Gables for steaks and fish; Doraku on Lincoln Rd in Miami Beach for sushi; SuViche and Fireman Derek's Pies in Wynnwood; Costa Med (KB) for pastas and grilled meat and fish; Versailles for Cuban food but EVEN better was Versailles's pastry shop. a delicious week in Miami"

"I just rented the apartment for a month and felt right at home. It is 'Island Chic' with all the beautiful interior details. The Seagate Hotel is a block away, with a good deli and a happy hour every night so I was never stranded if it rained. I rented a car but rarely used it as I walked to everything or took the Downtowner free service. It's so quiet and peaceful just a block away from the hustle and bustle of Atlantic Avenue. The owners supplied everything one could want. I just brought my clothes and computer. I looked at dozens of other properties but this fit the bill and I highly recommend it."
