  • Amazing location, and gorgeous property!

"My first time using VRBO, so I was a little nervous about renting the place. All my fears disappeared as soon as we got to the house! The keys were exactly where the renter said they would be. The house was very accommodating. Plenty of towels, plenty of dishware. The grill was connected through the natural gas of the house, and very clean! We all had an AMAZING time!!! Dr. Joe had left us directions and suggestions to many nearby local eats, and the nearest Publix. The private access to the beach was really convenient! The only complaint is that the downstairs AC did not work, but we were out of the house most of the day, and kept the windows open at night, so it wasn't that big of a deal. I would DEFINITELY book this property every year for our event in West Palm Beach!"

  • AWESOME PLACE!

"This place is AWESOME! We recently just took a group of 10 to stay here and we couldn't believe how nice it was! Lance made sure we were perfectly accommodated! The location was great (close drive or walk to the beach)! And the house was very updated! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Lance!"

  • Amazing views

"This is our second stay in this condo - and we'll be going back for the 3 time in 2016. The location is unbeatable - 14th floor on the ocean with floor-to-ceiling windows facing east and south. The condo is huge (small kitchen - but totally functional) with 2 big bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A very large swimming pool, decent sized hot tub, and a well equipped gym. And, of course, the beach! The building is an older one, but we enjoy the feel of it, and all the staff are pleasant and helpful. An added bonus for us is the Hollywood Beach Public Library - which has a very good selection and access to interlibrary loans. We have looked at other condos in the area, and none comes even close - both for location and quality."

  • Best deal on Miami Beach!!

"I was looking for a family friendly hotel in Miami and for less than what you would pay at a conventional room by the airport you get a condo on the beach with a spectacular ocean view from the 15th floor. Ed was such a pleasure to deal with. The keys were waiting for me at the front desk, the room was clean, and there were plenty of clean linens. The room has 2 queen beds which were very comfortable and a futon which we really only used to rest our suitcases on. If you're looking for a 5-star resort and don't mind paying top dollar for it then this is not the place for you but if you are on a budget and are looking for a nice, clean room with the basic essentials you really can't beat this deal, especially with the beautiful view you get. The room does not have a balcony which was perfect for me since I have smaller kids but you get 3 large windows overlooking the ocean. The sunrise is beautiful but if you prefer to sleep in the windows have darkening shades that will prevent the sun from coming in in the morning. Valet parking is mandatory but free with the room rental. Please keep in mind that if you're coming and going at peak times that you may have to wait a bit for your car as they get very busy. My only complaint was that you cannot get the luggage cart down to your car for easy loading and unloading which meant I had to make a few trips from the car to the lobby where the cart was but it's just up the stairs a few feet away so it wasn't that bad; it just would have been nice to unload our bags right from the car. The building is still under renovation so you might see some areas that are still being worked on but it's coming along nicely. The elevator system is a bit hi-tech and takes some getting used to as you have to punch in the floor you're going to instead of just hitting up or down but I got the hang of it after a few tries. The crowd can be a bit diverse but hey, that's Miami for you. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Miami. Thanks again Ed for being so helpful and accommodating."
