  • Always a pleasure!

"I can say nothing but good things about renting from Holly and Gregg! They have awesome condo's in prime locations. Seriously nothing bad to say, everything was clean, convenient, and well perfect. Every place we have rented has always had extra bonuses when it comes to these rentals!!!! 10 out of 10- We will be back! Rob & Jess"

  • Perfect place for a perfect event

"Belated apologies for a late review, especially since this was a delightful place. We came down for our son's wedding in Lakeland and as the groom's family, we wanted to stay close, and be able to celebrate but not be a burden. So we found this wonderful house! Art and Moira were great hosts, because they worked with us on multiple arrival times. Us and our 4 sons arrived at different times, and Art set up the keys so we could get in without problems. So we were only fifteen minutes away from the new in-laws house and completely comfortable. The home was beautiful, and exactly as pictured. The kitchen was completely set up, we had everything we needed, and were able to cook and enjoy each other’s company. The rooms were great, beds super comfy, the bathrooms clean and easy to use. The pool was fun to use, which we did. We ate on the lanai and enjoyed the view. It was private and quiet. Parking in the garage was a plus. We highly recommend this place, and Art and Moira as hosts. The only (very small, for sure) drawbacks were: the TV system was difficult to use and a little dated, the floor in the kitchen was a little slippery when wet, and we didn’t know the HOA didn’t want a second car on the street. We should have parked in the driveway, but the note was polite and we cheerfully complied. So I give it 5 stars because I want others to enjoy this private, comfortable, and very much a home away from home. There is a good chance we will be back for another family visit. Thanks to Art and Moira!"

  • Quaint older beach house

"First, if you are looking for a Coastal Living centerfold or Seaside'esque house - this isn't it. This is a basic beach house, a step or two above a shack. in other words, just about right for a low key stay, but not "Luxury". House is spacious enough that 6 folks aren't crowded and is very comfortable. It has ample room, a great location in between Jax Beach and St Augustine (closer to SA), and a perfect view. A few minor issues to be aware of, but none that should be showstoppers. 1) nearly $500 in additional non-refundable fees, just note that. 2) the showers are built for leprechauns and are very awkward to use (some of those fees could fix that pretty easily). 3) it is VERY dark on the streetside and the stairs - we ended up buying some led lights that we could turn on just so we didn't fall down the stairs (and turn them off after use during turtle season!). 4) no mixing bowls in the otherwise well appointed kitchen (improvisation is part of the charm, minor issue just fyi). We would happily stay here again, but only if the shower situation was fixed. We are all 6' tall plus, so having one shower head at 5' and one that I just can't adequately describe the inconvenience (the master, no less) make this a bit tough to make it our first choice. However, that's really the only big issue with the house, so if you dont mind bending over to try and shower, go for it."

  • Great stay !

"We stayed up at Rosie's 4 nights around Thanksgiving as we were attending a tournament at Disney Wide World of Sports. The location was excellent away from the heavy traffic you get near the parks with plenty of restaurants, Publix locations nearby. The house is described well as noted on VRBO. Neighborhood is quiet. Elaine checked on us at our arrival. We would stay again. It was nice to be in a roomy home versus a small hotel room. Thank you for a pleasant stay !"
