  • Loved It!

"Stayed here for Spring Break and loved it! It's is awesome! Since you rent it through a 3rd party, the line wasn't long to check in, the parking was super easy for this particular condo. Elevators were slow but the walk isn't that bad. If you are going on spring break I definitely recommend this, it is right in the middle of everything. I had friends stay at The Summit and pay nearly 2x as much as I did. The wristbands were kind of a pain but not that big of a deal. Beautiful view! You can walk everywhere from here to see all the people at the beach or go to the bars at night. Will definitely stay here again"

  • Excellent family holiday

"Had a wonderful 2 week family holiday at SunPalm Villa. The Villa itself is as described in the listing 'home from home'. The property is immaculate and well maintained. We paid to have the hot tub heated and used this on a few occasions after busy days in the parks. We didn't pay to heat the pool and found it was warm enough in September. The games room was a bonus and our sons enjoyed playing pool. The location is excellent for all Disney Parks (about 15 mins drive) and Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure (30 mins drive). It is a very quiet area with gated security and a Club House on site. If you don't want to drive to the parks their is a bus runs from the Club House for which you pay a charge (about $12 return to Disney). The Club House has a small shop with very helpful staff but we found the supermarkets cheaper. There is Target and Walmart not far away on the main 192 road. There are numerous restaurants 5 minutes drive from the Villa so you are spoilt for choice. We visited Bahama Breeze,The Long Horn Steakhouse,The Millers Ale House to name a few and all provided good food, good service and value for money. I would recommend this property to anyone. I found the owner Jim very helpful and each question I asked regarding our holiday he responded to and was very informative. He also provided directions from the airport to the Villa, including tolls to be paid."

  • Great location and amenities

"We stayed here for spring break with five adults and two children. The unit had plenty of room. The view was incredible. The pool was large, hot tub good size. There is plenty to do around Destin and it would be a great destination for summer trip. Our weather was cooler than we would have liked for spring break, but it was not unseasonably cool based on historic averages. We could not get Netflix to work on the Wifi. AT&T coverage is spotty in Destin as well. Beds were comfortable and the furnishings were nice. Perfect sunsets nearly every night. This complex had a low occupancy while we were there. The buildings are split so your elevators do not serve a ton of units at one time. This kept elevator wait times to a minimum which was nice. We had a minor issue with key cards that was corrected very quickly. Very responsive management."

  • Quiet Relaxation

"After the hassle of modern air travel, what a delight to look upon the beautiful Atlantic. Our First morning I looked toward the pier and counted 3 people, toward the lighthouse there were 2. Surf temperature was 84 degrees. It was wonderful. The studio was clean and modern and if you vacation to enjoy the beach and local food in the quiescence if the off season this unit is perfect. The owner is nearby should you need anything and is a wonderful host to the unit and complex. Our only problem was making a flight home with a 5:00 am call at the airport. I can only blame myself for booking that flight."
