"Seven of us including 3 teenagers spent a week in Costa Lotta visiting other family who live in Bradenton. We ranged in age from 69 to 2 years and never once felt crowded or lacked entertainment with so much to do on multiple floors and outside in pool and patio. The amenities are all that anyone could ask for and more. Especially appreciated ensuite bath in each bedroom in addition to half baths on main and pool floor as well as purified water system, two refrigerators, large pantry, TVs everywhere, GOLF CART, beach toys/chairs, etc. Too much to list. And not to forget the best location on AMI. We stayed during spring break and never felt crowded. Restaurants were busy, of course. Best restaurants we visited were Dry Dock in Longboat Key, Hurricane Hank's, Rod and Reel Pier. I have rented beach houses for 40+ years and have never stayed in one this complete. Enjoy!"

"My wife and I just returned from a three week stay at this North Beach Condo. The bottom line is "what's not to like". An absolutely gorgeous setting....on the back lanai you can sit, eat, read as if you are in a tropical forest what with all the beautiful trees and foliage. Yet just a block away, across Gulf Drive is the most beautiful beach you will ever experience.
The home itself is wonderfully furnished, from eating ware to beach towels to plenty of bath towels. The garage is equipped with six beach chairs, an umbrella with a nice wagon to carry them in across the street to the beach. We had glorious weather and were on the beach every day. Manytimes, we came back to soak in the wonderful swimming pool which is part of Paradise Village. Anna Maria is not the Florida that I many times disdain. It's a laid back island with no high rises. Sure the traffic can be a problem, but you have the free trolley that takes you up and down the island. Tennis courts nearby as well as a golf course.
I used one tank of gas for the car for the three weeks....tells you that we were very satisfied to just hang around this part of the island. Rent some bikes for a better and close up views of everything this little paradise has to offer. Also, I have to include the great grill out back. Great for preparing the delicious varieties of fish on the island. Many kudos to the owner for providing a most wonderful vacation experience."

"We were extremely pleased with our stay. The duplex was exactly how it was depicted on the website. The island was wonderful and we found the location perfect for beach access ! We would recommend it highly ! The owner was very easy to reach ! Our only criticism would be that perhaps more living room seating is necessary."

Just as the web page depicts. Beautiful apartment on upper floor
"We stayed in the upper apartment for three weeks. We travelled all the way from the UK and were, understandably worried that it might not be quite as shown.
It exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious and well apointed.
There are two decks, back and front so there is always a sunny spot somewhere to sit outside. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra covers if required ( we had some cool nights and they were much appreciated) It is so spacious so even if six people shared there is always somewhere quiet to sit. Plenty of information books and a small library of paperbacks etc. The kitchen has everything you could possible need, I defy anyone to find anything that has been missed. The laundry is downstairs in the garage and is shared with the downstairs accommodation. There is only one washer but two dryers. I recommend that if staying more than one week that you change laundry any day except Saturday as the cleaners are using the machines for the other unit and you could be hanging around a while(or leave the washing until after 4pm) There are plenty of chairs, umbrellas, beach paraphenailia etc. with trolleys to convey it all to the beach, which really is 100 steps away(unless you take very small steps)
The pool is small but functional. It could be crowded if both units use it at the same time. IOt would be ideal in the summer months as it provided lots of shade.
If you want breakfast out we recommend Minnies Beach Diner - they are exceptionally good.
There is the free trolley around the island so you really don't need to use the car unless you want to go back across the causeway for retail therapy."
