  • Another great vacation

"Just had our second vacation at this place. It was awesome. Kids had a blast from the moment they arrived. Pool was fantastic and the sunsets were second to none. This property is well kept which makes it comfortable and easy to relax. Hope to make this our vacation every year. Don't miss out."

  • Paradise

"The condo was just the perfect size for us. We spent our evenings on the lanai watching spectacular sunsets. You couldn't have asked for better weather-- we even were able to sleep with the windows open. This was so relaxing and serene. Coming from Wisconsin with one of the most brutal winters we can remember this was absolutely wonderful. Publix was so convenient, we cooked in a few times and relished the fresh seafood. Frank was so accommodating -- we called him and asked for an extended checkout and it was no problem. Would we return--absolutely!!! Thank you for sharing your Paradise with us."

  • KC Family

"My family's stay at Beach Charm and our Anna Maria experience exceeded expectations! Susan, the owner was full of practical and insightful tips prior to the trip and easily accessible for questions during our week in FL. The house had all the Old Florida bungalow charm, but was incredibly clean and comfortable...what a great combo and hard to come by! Loved being close to beach access that only offered access by foot with no public parking nearby which lent itself to a quiet, tranquil beach experience. However, the public beach was only down the road if you wanted to be 'part of the action'. By the end of the week we had found several favorite restaurants within walking distance that we frequented more than once. Duffy's Bar: Cash only wine/beer divey bar with awesome burgers and potato salad (no fries). Lobstahs: Good seafood and a great lobster roll and skinny fries. The Feast: Best mussels of my life and KILLER pizza. Also, take a trip to the north end of the island to Rod & Reel at the end of the pier for melt in your mouth fried oysters. While the trolley stop was steps from the house we found it to be a bit frustrating to wait for, but in fairness, this was during the height of Spring Break. We had days we used the car for exploring and days we explored completely on foot. You can tailor this island for your own personal preferences. Loved having a house and a pool to return to after a day of exploring. The outside shower was great for a quick clean up after the beach and helped keep the sand from overtaking the house! The family room was comfortable for a family of four including 2 teenage boys! If you are considering this property for your next vacation...go for it!!"

  • Fantastic property; not-so-great management company in Mike Norman Realty

"We stayed at this beautiful beach house July 12th-19th 2014. The location of the beach house is stunning. The beaches are gorgeous. The house is just as it is pictured. We had a family of 6 at Waves Edge South with 3 bedrooms and a loft for our little girls who loved it. We give the house and location 'Excellent'. However the management company Mike Norman Realty was very disappointing and gets a 'Poor' for service and readiness. When we got to the house we read the many rules for cleanliness (which is ok by us) yet they left us nearly no supplies to keep the place clean. We had to go to the store and buy our own cleaning supplies which is not how I want to spend time on my vacation. The grill had no propane left in the tank. Mike Norman Realty has their number listed to call if you need anything. So we called to let them know the BBQ grill needs the propane refilled and they told us "Let me tell you how this works, you need to go to the hardware store and buy a tank and we will reimburse you". Again, not how I want to spend my time on my vacation especially paying high dollar for a rental, I expect it to be fully stocked. Also, there are no beach toys or accessories left to use, nor can you leave any. They have guests week after week and yet we had to buy our own boogie boards & pool noodles for the kids. We have rented lots of homes and they always have pool toys available in a storage bin. So overall a fantastic home and location. However don't expect any service from Mike Norman Realty, and if you are ok getting your own supplies, then you will love this beach house."
