"This was our first time renting a vacation home from owner. The condo and location were exactly as described. The owner was very informative and helpful. Directions were easy to follow and she replied promptly to my e-mails. Photos of the condo were very accurate and the kitchen and other supplies were more than adequate. We would definitely rent this condo if we vacation in this area again. The weather, the beach and the ocean were what we wanted as we come from a cold, land-landed locked climate and we were not disappointed."Guest: Sun-seekers Date of Stay: March 2014 Review Submitted: April 24, 2014View listing
"The condo we had was wonderful. Being directly across the street from the beech made it easier on the kids. The kids had a wonderful time in the swimming pool while we wasn't at the beech."Guest: TSC316 Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 2, 2014View listing
"We were blessed to be able to spend the holidays/Dad's 70th birthday celebration at this wonderful beach house. The floorplan is spacious & offers privacy for multiple occupants, the house condition is impeccably kept, the setting is so serene & relaxing especially with the sound of the waves, and glorious sunsets can be viewed from a patio chair. We had a wonderful time strolling the beach for shells & found starfish as well, fishing (caught some catfish), watching the birds along the sand and diving into the water, and the location is perfect as it's so close to parks, restaurants, shops, etc. Last but not least, the owners are superb. They are responsible, communicative, and caring. I absolutely recommend this home if you are considering a vacation in the Bonita Beach area!"Guest: Diana R. "This is our 3rd year staying in this unit and I'm amazed each time we arrive. Great place for a family getaway. Right on the beach. Pool is steps away to. Unit is clean and updated with all the amenities. You don't even need to leave the compelx. Owners are great to work with. Restaurants are nearby and I highly recommned Sneaky Petes for the best wings in town or Royal Scoop for an ice cold treat. Fishing is great snook everywhere. You can see dolphins and manatee daily in the cove."Guest: Island getaway Date of Stay: June 2014 Review Submitted: July 8, 2014View listing
Bonita Beach Travel Tips
Welcome to Bonita Beach Vacation Rentals
Stick your toes in the sand and relax with a good book at Bonita Beach in sunny Florida. When you take advantage of Bonita Beach vacation rentals, you will have white beaches, warm ocean water and much more to enjoy. North of Naples on the Gulf of Mexico, Bonita Beach is a vacation destination for all ages. Rent one of the many available Bonita Beach condos that line the beach and get ready to enjoy your home-away-from-home.
One unusual destination a short distance away from Bonita Beach beach rentals is Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, where you can view up to 200 kinds of birds. Keep an eye out for limpkin, anhinga, heron, idis and egret, to name a few. If warblers are more your style, listen up for the yellow-billed cuckoos and the black-throated green warblers. And don't forget to take a peek at the nesting wood storks -- the largest such colony in the US.
Koreshan State Park is another beautiful nature destination. You can walk through the gardens on your own, or take a guided tour. Trails wander by the Estero River, with its myriad of trees, including the traditional Floridian palmettos and palms. If you want to be on the water, grab a paddle and hop in a canoe. Take a break and stop for a picnic lunch or to explore one of the 11 restored buildings in the 200-acre park.
Enjoy the Condo
After all this nature exploring, you will be glad to head back to your condo, where you can make a home-cooked meal and watch the sunset. After dinner, if you still have energy, take a stroll on one of the miles of beaches right at your doorstep. You can even take a midnight swim in the ocean to cool off!
